Last time I was in the guy who cut my hair gave me a frizzy rats nest of a style by rubbing my hair together and blow drying it (I have naturally curly hair, you dont ever blow dry it like that). I decided to give a different stylist there a shot, the stylist didnt show up for work and the staff didnt feel it was necessary to call me to let me know there was no one to cut my hair. Very unprofessional!

This store has the most pushy salespeople on the planet who recommend the WORST products. I watched a saleswoman recommend a woman of color with dark complexion an OLIVE FOUNDATION. Like, what!? Are you kidding me?? Make sure you come knowing what youre looking for.
