Had a sick child and simple Amoxicillin medication. How in the blue hell does it take you hours to find a called in med??? How in the blue hell does your system not accept my daughters insurance all of a sudden? Yet the next day the system does! How in the blue hell do you have gall to say there is not a pharmacologist or pharmacology manger on duty!!!??? Anybody with sense knows pharm techs can not dispense meds on their own!!! There always has to be a licensed pharmacologist or degreed pharmacology manger on shift. It is a federal law!!!! Lies!! How do you then lose a filled medication and cause me to have to have her doctor call it back in. It took 67 minutes at the doctor and 4.3 youre to pull a med out of this Walgreens that said it would be ready by the time I got there. Due to this I will never use/ shop Walgreens again. Going back to Rite Aid baby!!! I just thank GOD I had the bucks in the bank to pay out of pocket even though I should not have had to. Some people do not!

I visit this store numerous times throughout the week and am always greeted by smiling faces. The ladies that work in there are very friendly. Once they get to know you, they ask about the kids and how the family is doing. They show that you are welcome and are always pleasant to deal with. The pharmacy department has always been pretty quick to fill prescriptions when they know you are waiting and the pharmacist has always been helpful whenever we need info on any meds. I am very pleased with this store.

Very dissatisfied with this pharmacy. Very long waits (over 2 hours), long lines, super slow staff. Pharmacy staff takes customers out of order. Trying to make a call to ask the pharmacists a question is ridiculous. Was on hold for nearly 3 hours! (recording said only 5 callers ahead of me). Ive moved to rite-aid on terry. It only took them 10 minutes to fill a dropped off prescription. I can get right through to pharmacy staff when I call. Walgreens on Dixie and Valley station is AWFUL

Long waits,understaffed and most of the staff is.. challenged by the names and pronunciations of the meds. If the staff cannot pronounce the meds, how are expected to know if there is a contraidiction?No offense meant of course..

The store itself is great but pharmacy sucked. Im on a limited income and no insurance, the pharmacist wouldnt help at all with getting insulin. Cant pay $200 thats way to expensive for a medication thats needed to stay alive.

This pharmacy is terrible. They are disorganized, prescriptions laying on the floor behind the counter, and insanely long waits at the drive through. Save your self time and agitation go to Kroger or meijer down the street.

Pharmacy department is the slowest one ive ever been 2,and most of the people are rude as hell.i would highly recomend going 2 any other pharmacy if u can.if not ur probably in for a very long wait.

Pharmacy is extremely slow even with a full staff. If you have to use this Walgreens plan on a long wait also save your gas & go inside.
