April so very knowledgeable!! I request her everytime I go now. Very nice staff I dont have to pay a fortune to color my hair now because of Aprils help!! April changed stores and when I went to this location about 6 months ago maybe the 2 ladies that are there now are so rude nothing at all like the service Ive received in the past? They told me April went to the Elizabethtown store and I was prepared to drive an hour to get someone to help me that actually wants to help. I NEVER WILL GO BACK TO MCDONALD LANE STORE. The women dont want to do anything or even answer questions. Stay away from that store. I went to the store in Clarksville and come to find out I go in and see Aprils smiling face. I was so happy to see her and have her help. Actually all the women at Lewis & Clark are very nice. Totally recommend going 10 or so minutes away and go to Lewis & Clark before wasting ur time even getting out of it car at McDonalds lane. U will regret it & I know Im not the only 1 to say this.

There were two employees there when I went in. One of them eyeballed me the entire time like I was some kind of thief. No one ever asked if I needed help, finally I found the second worker and asked her to help me. She acted like she totally knew what I was talking about. When I got home I found out that all of the information she gave me was completely wrong.
