My mother purchased a used 2006 Mazda 6 from United Auto Sale & Service in May 2015 for over 10K. Prior to the vehicle purchase, I performed a test drive on the vehicle with my mother and noticed that the vehicle gave a poor acceleration response. This was bad for driving in traffic. The day of the test drive, this issue was brought to the business owner named, Chatas attention and he promised it would be fixed. Within 15 minutes, we test drove the same Mazda 6 again and found no issues with acceleration and on May 8th 2015 when my mother returned to pick up the vehicle, she noticed the Air Conditioner in the vehicle was not blowing cold. The air conditioner problem was brought to Chatas attention, he took the vehicle to his onsite mechanic to fix the issue. They brought the vehicle back out to my mother with the air conditioner working and she drove the vehicle home. The very next day my mother noticed that the vehicles acceleration response was acting up again. I brought the vehicle to United Auto Sale & Service for her, (As my mother has 2 small children one mentally disabled) to their onsite mechanic. the owner Chata, was not there that day. After speaking with the mechanic about the issue, he stripped the throttle body part out of another like-for-like Mazda 6 model that was not ready for sale and placed it in my mother’s Mazda 6 at my request. Since then the acceleration in the car has not given any issues. A week later however, my mother brought to my attention that the Air Conditioner in the vehicle had now stopped working again. I took the vehicle to a local Auto Zone and purchased Freon to recharge the Air Conditioner. The Air Conditioner was working again. After a few days however, my mother contacted me again and told me the Air Conditioner was not working again. I advised my mother to speak with Chata at the dealership again to see about fixing the air conditioner, she came to him about the issue, asked him if he can fix it, and he told her to bring the car to another mechanic, he gave no specific reason why. On my mothers request, I went to United Auto Sale & Service to speak with Chata about fixing the vehicles air conditioner. I explained to Chata that my mother has 2 children, 1 handicapped, so I had come in her place representing her. I asked if he could look at the cars air conditioner and possibly fix the issue. Chata raised his voice, became defensive, and said "I am not a child, tell your mother to come talk to me if she is having an issue". He declined to fix the issue with the car. He declined to look at my mother’s car. I explained to him that my mother does not have the time to come to discuss issues with the car and due to having a child at home who is mentally disabled, I was sent in her place by her request. He declined to speak with me and asked me to leave, I refused to leave because my mother spent over $10,000.00 for this Mazda 6, and we want it to work. Some time ago, he sold my mother a Volkswagen Jetta with bald brakes, bad tires and a bad battery. We spent money out of pocket on tires, a battery and brakes, but the car battery ended up dying on my mother while she was driving through an intersection during the winter. We learned the alternator went bad and had to be replaced. Money was spent out of our pocket to get the vehicle towed out of traffic and when Chata heard of this news, he charged my mother for a new alternator and labor, 2 weeks after purchasing that Volkswagen Jetta. My mother was being nice in doing business with him again and I was not able to stop her in time when buying a second car. I simply wanted Chata to stand behind his product he sold, and be a fair business man. He sold a vehicle, and was made aware of the problems long before the vehicle was purchased, he claimed those problems were fixed before paper work was signed and the vehicle was driven off the lot.

Jose David, its not considered a review if you work there yourself. Anthony Myries comment is 100% correct, seeing as how I was present throughout most of this horrifying ordeal that went on in this "business". It is a shame how Chata switched like a light switch, and completely abandoned all logic in this situation. Also, Im very concerned about your skills as a mechanic. The business name itself has "Service" in it, so why are we being refused just that, service? Apparently, according to your own mouth, you just dont have the common, basic knowledge that a mechanic should have. So all in all, this "business" is far from being trustworthy. Estoy segura que Kentucky venda libros en el aprendizaje de Ingles. Seria buena idea si usted salga a comprar uno. And to all who read this, please have the common sense and listen to those that have actually purchased not just one, but two vehicles from this place. Its clear that Chata, the owner, is attempting to hide away from his wrong doings, as he recently changed his business name on Google from "United Sales and Service" to "Used Car Sales". If youre going to legally give your business a "Service" in its name, and employ a "mechanic", then at least TRY to live up to what you should be accomplishing. Real mature getting your employee, Jose David, to attack a customer online by submitting an extremely invalid and falsified review. Pay your employee for the half assed work he does, not for attempting to start an online war.

this person who speaks against the dealer, no one knows what hes talking, because this is one of the best dealer louisville, where you can buy a car and there is no guarantee but the owner helps you in all that is within your reach, and one thing is that the owner will help you and the other is abusing him, this man youre talking crap need a car of the year, for my own the dealer is very good, sociable sharer, cheerful, and above all very human . recommend this dealer, there will be no guarantee as car of the year, but if there are cars, good, nice and sheap.tnk you Look you do not know what i talking, you tested the car before take from dealer, and also signed a paper saying no warranty, gone to buy a car of the year, you are an adult, not a child, if I bought it was because I liked, do not cry and learn to be a man or send it to the army.you need 2017 mazda 6.jjjjjjj

I dont feel like they deserve any stars, but I had to give at least one to write a review. I know a bought a used car back in early March and that there are going to be some problems, but the 2003 Chevy Impala I bought from them wasnt worth it. The radiator went out a week after it was purchased, but he did replace it. I drove (5 hours) back home to visit and was stranded along with my 1 year old because of the radiator. I ended up paying to have it replaced. He even gave me back half of the money I spent on the radiator. A few days ago I took my car to a mechanic to get new spark plugs just to find out the engine is crap and that I should look into buying a new car. Here I am in June getting ready to junk the car I paid $3000 for for $200. I also know not to purchase another car unless theres a warranty.
