Worst experience ever! Salesman was great, but ultimately a scam artist. Was sold a lemon. Paid $26,000 for a new 2012 focus, put $15,000 down on it. The computer system that makes the car operational has gone out 3 times in the short 3 years that Ive had it. Along with multiple recalls on the car; door locks, (doors unlocking and opening while in motion with my toddler in the back seat), transmission, suspension, brakes, computer, seat belts, clutch. I bought a warranty on car when I purchased it and yet no matter how many times I take it to the service department it is still not fixed. Service dept is horrible, they remove parts that belong to car and never put them back on (under dash panel, engine casing). They do not complete work in a timely manner and they offer no rental car for the inconvenience, being a single mom with no help and have put all my savings into a car that was supposed to be reliable, this really takes away from a successful life. Managers will not communicate with me, they will not return calls. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. Ive spent so much time and money on a car from what was supposed to be a great dealership and its no better than if I spent $5000 at a buy here pay here lot. The service Ive received is also no better than that of a buy here pay here lot. Do not purchase a car here! Im not unreasonable, I know sometimes cars just malfunction but this place has done nothing to fix the problem nor do they treat me as a priority. This dealership and service department is a joke!

Our salesman, Brian Weeks, was very informative and helpful in finding a Ford Fusion to trade my Jeep Wrangler in for (as I am 31 weeks pregnant and need a family friendly vehicle); however, once we fell in love with the car and negotiated the price, they changed the deal. Initially, we were offered $13,500 for our Jeep and $15, 999 for the certified pre-owned Ford Fusion. We settled on the price and initialed the conditions (full detail etc.). They even came and got the keys to the Jeep to appraise it. After the whole long process (nearly four hours) Brian came back out to tell us that a mistake had been made, and the Ford Fusion was a 2012 (not a 2011 as he previously thought). He then explained that the price was substantially higher 17,999 or 18,999 and our trade in value was only worth 10,500; even though, the car was similar to another car on the lot that cost 16,999 and our trade in value was higher on. Needless to say that we will not be back, and we have postponed the frustrating process of trading in our vehicle. If it truly was a mistake, they should have honored it.

Dont trust the 12 Point Inspection!! Water pump, valve cover gasket cracked, etc........So far over $2500 in repairs. Just bought it in Feb 16 :( Just Updated to show additional cost for repairs up to $5200 more. Now The GM or the salesman wont call or text me back. I have been pleading for a new trade in deal on the car we bought...wont even take the time now to call me. Was going to buy a brand new one, if they could eat just a fraction of the cost on our trade they sold us... Please people, no matter how new/old the car or wonderful shape they say its in...buy whatever warranty you can get on it, their word is CRAP and very costly! Better yet, take you business elsewhere... GM Mr Cain said he was going to help last night, never heard from him and he is off today, the salesman wont even return my calls now. Horrible service, just devastated!!! Never been treated this horribly. 12/14/2016 Just found out they ran our credit without permission used old information .Reporting to FTC

I was sold a 2011 Ford Escape back in October 2014. I have had nothing but problems with it since then and the car is not safe to drive. I went to trade it in yesterday only to find out that the car had been totaled TWICE before I bought it and the air bags deployed during both accidents. Town and Country assured me that this vehicle was in safe and working condition and never mentioned it being in any accidents. They have put my safety and the safety of my children in jeopardy by selling me this piece of junk! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I asked for a Carfax report for the vehicle prior to purchasing it and they said they didnt have one because they had just received the car from an out-of-state dealership! These people are ruthless crooks and should not be in business.

I brought two cars from the dealership. One was a 2016 Ford F150 XLT and the other a week later was a 2011 BMW 750LI used. The process wasnt bad but from other experiences of buying many cars in the past as other dealerships gave you free services such as your first few oil changes, fluids topped and tire rotations for the vehicle but I suspect that these guys are not a high "Volume" dealership as in the past those who I brought vehicles from offered these types of perks to buyers. Besides a miscommunication that resulted in me paying $800 dollars thinking the vehicle was Flex-fuel and it wasnt so I had to get the new vehicle serviced to remove the E85 fuel all is well. I am done buying cars as now I have to start saving for two college funds.

After passing up numerous car sales locations, we felt compelled to pull into this one, and were so glad we did! Chaz and Leo Bogard went above and beyond to ensure we left in a newer, safer vehicle than what we had been in before. Not only were they extremely professional and knowledgeable, they were also naturally kind and light-hearted. The patience they exerted toward our 3yo son was impeccable and really meant a lot to us! Unlike the fellas over at Kia on Preston, the guys at Hays Automotive treated us like real people with real needs and they LISTENED and addressed our personal needs, not just what would benefit them! I HIGHLY recommend coming here for your next "new" car. These guys wont let you down! Thanks again, Hays!

This is a great place to get parts, and possibly a new car or truck, but if you plan to get service done, go elsewhere! I took my new truck there for a problem that was already diagnosed, but the parts were bought from there and needed to be programmed, the tech (only one diesel tech!) had no idea what he was doing and was online reading the same info anyone could get from the internet and ford, when they patched my truck it ran for 1 day then died same exact problem again. Bottom line, they dont have enough experience on diesel trucks, stay away! And their service writers and management are the most rude and unaccommodating people I have met. If its supposed to be the New Ford, try starting here!

I am a Ford employee. I purchased a 1 year old truck and wanted the Ford extended warranty. I was told that is what I was purchasing. However I was sold a 3rd party extended policy that was much different that I was to I was getting. I am trying to work through issues with them the second business day after the purchase was made. I will update my rating based on how they resolve the issue. The finance department has rectified the issues with the extended warranty. Thank you. Currently the vehicle having some scratches touched up that were agreed to during the negotiations. One more update coming after the touch ups are done.
