Do not rent equipment from Sutherland hardware I rented a post hole auger for a landscape job and did not receive all equipment parts and got on the job site and realized the machine would not work due to a missing part and my client said it was very unprofessional of me and fired me thinking I didnt have the experience or knowledge to complete the job due to a mistake By a Sutherland hardware employee then I called and they told me "I dont know what to tell you, no one here knows how to run the machine or anything about the machine" and I got fired from that job by my client! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT!

Ive been to Sutherlands several times and find their service exceptional. Both Stacy and Ashleigh have been helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going to that store. They have a large inventory and the store is super-clean! I especially like that there are several women employed there. Personally, I have enjoyed my interaction with them all!

Stacey was rude and not helpful. When I first entered into the establishment she looked at me with a look of disgust on her face. I attempted to ask her about having a piece of wood cut and she was very short with providing me with information, so I just left to never return.
