The 2 ladies that worked there were very pleasant, helped us with a key and the service was fast. But then we were rushed out the store because they were closing. I understand that they want to go home but he was very short and followed us out of the store making sure we left.

The females they have working at this place are horribly RUDE! The men are nice but the little stuck up brats thats it behind the counter and drink Coke and dont even greet you when you walk in or give you a bag when you buy something need to go. I will never be back!

Make sure you dont discard or misplace a receipt. They wont let you return anything without it--even if you bought it on a card & should be easy to look up.

Not cheapest but hardware selection is the best and so is the service. Dont forget to check out the bargain barn. Can get great deals there. Also at PC
