Sometimes the big box stores are the right place to go, but honestly I rarely am not able to find what Im looking for at Brownsboro Hardware, and thats coming from a very do-it-yourself guy. I make at least one trip a week to pick up this or that for a project at home and there is always a smiling face when you walk through the door. Dont pass this up, support your local hardware store and have a much better experience!

Be wary of predatory pricing! I cant speak to all items, most are likely priced fairly, but do some research. I stopped in for an HDMI cable and left empty handed. The store charges almost $40 for a cable that can be purchased on Amazon for $7 or at Walgreens for $15.

This traditional neighborhood hardware store should be your first stop for that unique, once in a blue moon part. They either have it, or know who does. Prices on some items are above market, but when need something right now, it is well worth it.
