Mostly a decent place to get home maintenance and improvement supplies. Lately there has been a decline in the quality of employees. To transport some bulky supplies, We rented their truck ($20 for 75 minutes, you actually get charged $53 or so and get the rest back when you return the vehicle) and when we returned it after 30 minutes, the clerk told us that she can only return our deposit as store credit. She was very adamant. The manager came and told us the same thing. I insisted and eventually she found that the clerk had entered the transaction incorrectly. No apologies, just a curt, you will get your money back. Mistakes happen, but when the employees are trained to bully the customers instead of checking their own work, that is a sign of trouble. This experience will make me hesitant to make a large purchase at Menards in future.

This is one of the more affordable Menards stores around the area. If youre doing a major home improvement project, its worth making the drive to come here instead of visiting a store in Indianapolis or Greenwood. Youll get significant savings on the exact same merchandise. Weve spent hours here picking up pieces for various projects. Though the layout has left us going in circles from time to time, the staff is very helpful when you take the time to ask questions. The only time we ran into a snag was picking up lumber. The employees out there werent as organized as they could have been, but overall Ive had very positive experiences.

Unbelievable customer service, very helpful, I can say that I will be only using Menards from here out for all my home improvement needs. I ordered a vanity from them recently, when it came in it was damaged due to manufacturer errors, then ordered a new one with no issues that I have had to deal with from other stores.

This place needs some serious management. Ill never step foot in another Menards and will tell everyone I come in contact with not to shop here. DIRT BAGS! Your thieves! After spending several hundreds of dollars. They had my company vehicle towed. It wasnt left in the parking lot over 4 hours. This is a crock of SH¤T

A home improvement store and so much more. IMO, this place has a much bigger selection than that of its largest, chain, home improvement competitors. The seasonal department (holiday decorations, lawn & garden, etc) is quite large as well. There is even a small grocery section here. Great store.

Hard to find items as they are not grouped together very well. I had to learn the layout of the store before I was able to find things for which I regularly came to a hardware store. Most things are good quality but I miss ACE hardware. Poor customer service unless you are a contractor.

Online order for pickup in store. They pulled 50% of the wrong product and in the end didnt have enough of the right product. Got to the store at 2, and finally left at 3:30. And they charge for "processing" because they are helping with your order. Overall awful service.

Do a great deal of business here. Several visits a week. Uneven customer service. Today very little help available. Phoned while in store to check inventory & to request assistance in paint dept. When there a body available they are always helpful.
