My car has runflats which freeze during temps below 45 degrees. After much shopping around I purchased a full set of winter tires for my car from Discount Tire in 2009 in Wisconsin. Twice a year, I have the tires swapped out. This year, I moved from Maryland (where there are no Discount Tire stores) to Kentucky. Oh, I should mention I purched the tire protection when I bought those tires 4 years ago. I cant tell you how happy Ive been with Discount Tire Co as a whole - theyre great, but this store is particularly stellar. My tire sensor was indicating a tire had low pressure. Same one in a couple weeks. I went to Discount TIre and pulled up 2 minutes b/4 close. They took me in right away, checked out the tire, replaced the sensor without hesitation - and didnt charge me for it (Im pretty sure this was not covered in my purchase protection package). This was all pretty amazing in itself, but as I was finishing up, another lady pulled in - now well after closing hours. Oh, did I mention it was during the 2013 Jan cold snap? I didnt hear her story, but they took her in and helped her too. These guys have golden hearts and deserve your business!

Scheduled an appointment online just before they closed and was able to get an early morning appointment for the next day. I showed up about 10 mins late for my appointment and was still in and out in less than an hour. Service was friendly and--as a woman--I didnt feel condescended even though, per usual, all the staff that day were males. They did try to upsell me a few things (they probably have to) but they didnt pressure me when I declined. The gentleman at the counter was able to cut me a deal on the tires I purchased since the cheapest tire for my needs was still pretty dang pricey ($100/tire), balancing and rotating was free (as it should be, honestly).

Discount tire is the cheapest fastest cleanest and most professional tire shop Ive ever visited. The technicians really impress me. They all wear eye protection. They always honk their horn when entering and leaving shop. They practice speedy team chorography with the balancer and tire mount machine. And I always see them using torque sticks on their impacts and thentorque lug nuts to spec with a torque wrench (try finding that anywhere else). The shop is super clean, and the prices are the cheapest Ive found. Getting new tires isnt fun, but these guys make it as painless as possible.

Went here today to get 2 used tires for the front of my van as I couldnt afford new right now and Matt helped find 2 used tires in almost new condition for a great price! And they were super fast at putting them on. Was told it would be 1 hour 45 minutes and they were done in about an hour! And even their new tires are cheaper than anywhere else in town! I wont be going anywhere but here for any future tire needs! Theyre the best and everyone we encountered there was extremely nice! Wish I had gotten their names! Theyre all awesome!

My wife and I called around to get the particular brand of tire that we wanted TOYO in this case. I only needed one. They said that they didnt have it, but would have it shipped to the store. I got to pick it up, they put a tire on my car. I get home late that night and realize its a different brand. Now Im stuck with two un matching tires that will probably get uneven wear. On the plus side, they were very quick to put it on. Once I can afford to get three more that I want, Ill probably use it as a full spare. What a waste of time.

As always good ans fast service. It is my second set of tires I bought from their online store and installed here. Problem with defecive tire on MB s 500 was resolved fast. Niw sitting here againg with other car getting rotation and balance for another car with tires I bought fron their online store too. Called them, 30 mins later I were in store. As of now 20 mins later rotation and balance is done and car is getting lowered and pulled upfront. Great and fast service.

I cant say enough about how great the staff at this location is... we were in Louisville (from Georgia) for the weekend and had a flat tire. They did not have the size tire we needed and got us a loaner to get us back to GA. While putting the loaner on, they found a nail in the side wall of another tire and got us TWO loaner tires. Everyone was friendly, very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get us on the road. I cant recommend them enough!

Needed a tire replaced and was given an estimate of 1 hr for how long my wait would be. It ultimately took over 2 hrs. I was very honest in that if my wait was going to be longer than an hour to let me know so I could Uber home. It was incredibly frustrating to given such a gross incorrect estimate for how long it would take. It is especially frustrating given that they dont have wifi which makes being productive while waiting impossible.

Highly recommended ... Great service, good prices and pretty nice store. Used to get my tires from Sams club or Sears because they offered complimentary service for nails puncture; but it took those folks forever to get things done (A typical service is at MINIMUM an hour long of wait time). The folks in Discount Tire get me in & out within 30 minutes; and they even fixed nails on other tire that I dont even notice!

Absolutely love this place. After another tire place tried to sell me a new tire after I got a screw in my tire. I took it here for a second opinion and they said they could patch it even though they had the tire in stock and could make the sale. They saved me $160. Thats the kind of customer service that is mostly lost today. Will be using them again for all my tire needs and would highly recommend to others.

This is the best tire store I have have ever been to. The shop is really clean, the staff are friendly and very fast. I havent been able to find a better value on tires anywhere. Once I made the mistake of getting the name confused with Tire Discounters and went there instead. The cheapest tires they had available were twice as expensive as Discount Tire Store.

Fast service, awesome selection of tires and an abundance of good reviews have kept me coming back. The best part though that makes me one of their customers is the price and quality of service!

Great people great Melody always clean at 8 my car is there Ill take families cars there warranty is outstanding they rotate your tires for as long as theyre good and its always free when I do my tire rotations must be charging they dont. If a valve stem or a sensor goes bad no cost its under warranty they replace it thats something I appreciate

This place was super awesome all the guys that are working today on Christmas Eve were a straight blessing. They were very upfront very honest caring folks.
