This St. Vincent store has very friendly and helpful employees. I went in looking for furniture one day and I found a desk I was interested in. Heavy, sturdy wood and a huge surface for only $20! They also had several older couches for less than $50 and nightstands/side tables for under $10. This store is not the donation center, so they get whatever cant be sold at the other store off Bardstown Road and then reduce prices. I have been to both and this one does have some lower quality stuff, but you really cant beat the prices-especially if you are a student who doesnt mind some used furniture! They will also deliver furniture for you, but its a little pricey. Try to find a friend with a truck who can help move things for you and youll save $40. Other than the furniture I didnt look too closely, but they have a decent amount of clothes and knick knacks. I saw a couple of cute little things I liked and the prices really cant be beat. I shop around, but I always go back! The only thing that would make this store better would be if it had better hours (they close at 4...before many people are done with work or students are done with classes) and maybe if they got some newer stuff from the donation center rather than what couldnt be sold for the prices they had down there.
