I really like this place, and its been a part of the community for as long as I can remember, so the people agree. If I could say anything that is critical, it would be that the employees should be experts at running. There are a lot of people that, just by the name of the business, come for help and advice. I came in, and was looking at shoes, said I had been having some aches and pains after running. Looking back on the encounter, i wish they had asked more about my gait, if i overpronate, etc. This would have helped get me into the right pair of shoes. Im not horribly upset by it, as it just forces me to do my research before visiting, which has an unintended consequence of being more satisfied with a purchase. Support local business, and get in shape!

Terrific staff. Knowledgeable and willing to work hard to find the CORRECT shoe for your needs. Both of my kids have flat feet and they walk and run much better after we started buying shoes at Johns.
