After searching for an associate (since nobody asked me if I needed help with anything) I asked the salesgirl if they had my size and she very rudely responded with "I would have to see the box that the shoes are in" then turned away and went back to whatever she was doing. I then had to walk to the other end of the store to retrieve the box for her... unacceptable considering I had to search for her to begin with. Sh should have walked back with me. This is the second time Ive been here and I wont be coming back. No variety and no customer service at all.

Shopping here is always a pleasure. They have a wide variety of shoes including designer and non designer brands. The store is always clean and people are always helpful. THE SALE RACK IS AMAZING, you can find some really great deals here. My only complaint is that I have a tiny foot and I have to order a size 5 online typically, not always but more often than not.

Shopping here is hit or miss. Sometimes they have a great selection, but it is not consistent. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful though, often going the extra mile to help you find items online, if you cant find items in store or contacting other stores on the area.

First time in this location to return some shoes I got. Sales lady was very helpful and attentive while helping me look for other options. Much better customer service than I got at the Rookwood location.

Best spot to buy shoes in the area - This place is seriously huge! Staff have always been nice over the years that Ive gone. Plenty of discounts available via coupons or the clearance take as well.

Doesnt ever seem to have what I want. If I find shoes I like theye dont fit right or dont have my size. kinda inconvenient to go to(location)heavy traffic and lots of lights
