The ladies were not friendly at all. My family & I went in to shop. Each of us wanted to do separate transactions so we could use a coupon. My nephews (13 years old and 14 years old) wanted to use their allowance money to purchase a new pair of shoes. I had a coupon and the manager (Tocarra) said my nephews were children and were NOT CONSIDERED CUSTOMERS and could not use the coupon nor could they buy their own shoes. We were limited to three transactions even though we had five paying customers (three adults and two teenagers with their own money). The sales associate goes on to say "people have been abusing the coupon". Oh, really? Lets rewind.. While we were shopping, the sales associates friend was in the store and did three separate transactions using the same coupon. ONE person did THREE transactions, using the same coupon. But she insinuated that we were "abusing" the coupon. I spoke with corporate and they let me know that they do not discrimate based on age. They told me my nephews should have been able to use the coupon (regardless of their age) and would communicate that to the store. To insult us even more, Tocarra walked behind my nieces and nephews while they were in the store and sprayed disinfectant spray. At that point I knew we were not welcomed customers. A word of advice to Tocarra.. take better care of your customers. Your store depends on us.
