I got a pair of boots from this place from my company and not realizing until i wore them for half a day that they were not wide enough, so i called and tryed to replace them and they said no. that is BS you could not even tell they had been worn.i would not buy nothing from here and whoever the guy was at the front desk was not helpful at all i thought they were suppose to help you get the right size buy fitting you for them. and yea he was very rude.

The guy who runs it is rude as hell. He is not very accommodating at all. Does not come out from behind the desk unless he has to. If you ask him to get something else it is an effort. The only reason this place is still open is because people are feed there by companies who give out vouchers. I have been there several times and have walked out. I am returning to Red Wing where the shoes are better and the service is above and beyond what he offers.

This other review sounds a little biased.... its a company that sells work shoes and boots... they do t yake your order and refill your drinks.... and iv been buying hytest boots for years from here and never had a problem. Redwing boots are hot heavy and come appart easily, unless you dont actually WORK in your boots id never buy redwings again.

Ive bought 2 pairs of shoes here in the last 2 years because my company does vouchers here. Its usually a quick in and out and the shoe quality is good. The reason my rating is a 4 is because of the return policy, be absolutely sure the shoes you want fit and wont hurt your feet because pretty much once you leave the store thats it.
