They wont do Internet price matching. Thats ridiculous. I was interested in a certain pair of Irish settlers that they said they had in stock. Their website doesnt list prices, for reasons that are now clear. So I went online to get a sense of how much the pair were going to cost. The prices I found online were right up my alley. So I thought I would go into the store to try them on and most likely make a purchase. But upon being greeted I was met with a firm dismissal about no price matching. So I tried my luck and looked around at their store and found the boots of my interest. And they were $100 more than the exact pair I found online. So I guess Ill find my size at their store but just purchase from another vendor online. I feel if Red Wings actually want to continue to potray their customer first attitude then maybe they should actually DO THAT! I had previously refrained from buying Red Wings, for I felt they were overpriced. And certainly in this case they were, $100 overpriced to be exact. Thanks Red Wings! My suspicions about your were confirmed.

I purchased a pair of boots 3-4 months ago from this location for $250. They didnt have my size in store so they ordered it and I had to come back and pick them up. I also bought the recommended Redwing insert for an additional $40. After 3 months, only 2 months of full-time wearing one of the boots broke. I was asked to remove the inserts so they wouldnt get lost, and I noticed that they were worn/damaged too. I went back to the store and they sent the boots off to be repaired. A couple days later I got a call that the boots were ready for pickup but upon arriving was told that they wouldnt be ready until next week. 5 trips to the store $300 later and I have a pair of damaged insoles. Supporting local businesses is a priority to me, but this location is no good. After my experiences here, I will not be spending another penny at any Redwing.

I stopped in one night for some questions. The owner help me out he was very knowledgeable. After going back and forth between two or three different styles of boots, and the owner offering to bring in a pair from the other store that he did not stock. I tried on a pair of the Iron Rangers. I look liked them and bought them on the spot.  I did some research online about Red Wings and knew that the break in period was going to be a little rough. Holy moly I thought my feet were going to fall off, but I was told to be patient and I was. After about a week they got more and more comfortable and now after about two and a half weeks they are my favorite pair of shoes and most comfortable.  I get compliments on them all the time. This is my first pair of Red Wings but definitely not my last.

Absolutely awesome. Have owned a few pair of red wings. I am a utility worker always using a shovel and working in water. Very durable boots and worth the money. I had my first problem with leaky red wings. Tested on site and replaced with no bull**** like anywhere else that have to send em in for testing and lose your contact info and say sorry about your luck. I will be purchasing for many years to come. Thanks Jeremy for all your help. 5 stars all the way

I was greeted and helped by the owner himself. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He handled 4 customers at one time without batting an eye. I first went to a corporate store, the service was sub par. I went to his Woodstock store left with a pair of 875s, and will I be back for every other pair of Redwings from here on out. He earned a customer for life.

One of the rudest individual I have ever encountered. Refused to let you try on the shoe unless you are going to buy it same day. Owner owns the Roswell store too. Abadabbas let us try on the same shoe and not buy it.

Red Wing boots are the best. Try to buy American made Red Wing. I have worn Red Wing Boots for a long time. Some are over 10 years old.
