FALSE ADVERTISING I just visited this store and they had product on the shelves that look as if they had been worn so when I found 2 pairs of shoes that I liked the lady was like you sure you dont want a 3rd pair we have a buy2 get one free sale going then I seen the sign that says that BUY 2 GET ONE FREE!!! So I find another decent looking pair what the heck its "free " I finished my transaction walked out the door only to notice I was charged for the shoe it only took 3$ off How is that in any way free I went back into the store to ask why was I charged for the third shoe if youre advertising free how the hell is that free??? She said its like getting it free....... your advertisement didnt say anything about half off or 3$ off or its"like" getting it free it said FREE I will never shop at this location again

This store is awful!!!! I bought 2 pair of shoes and got 1 pair for free. I couldnt fit the pair I got for free and tried to bring them back(mind you I only wore them in the store!!!) and the sales person said she could not exchange then die the fact that I wore them...in the store..???? Now I am stuck with a cheap pair of shoes that I can never wear!! Please dont do business with this establishment! I will tell all of my girlfriends the same. Poor customer service and they do not keep their word on exchanges!

I called this particular location to get the exact location and there was no one there that could understand a word that I said nor could they give me directions, I asked for an English speaking person approx. 5-6 times and they just hung up on me, How do you have an establishment in america w/NO ENGLISH SPEAKING AMERICANS WORKING THERE?

my friends & i always go there for a cute pair of sandals bcuz we knw they hv them for cheap. my only complaint is they tend to lack in sizes above a 7! i wear a 9 1/2!! but its always an option of mine when shoe shopping!

My favorite shoe store . I still shop with bakers but they have some of the same stuff.Most of the shoes have good quailty and some are just for that night.
