If I could give a zero I would. I went in to purchase Nike Prestos. The only pair they had in the store was two left shoes. The customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced. After hearing the sales girl complaining at the register to the other two sales people that we took too long to choose another shoe, we decided to leave the shoes (all 3 pairs). As we were leaving, the sales girl shouts "If she wanna be like that she can go!" Ive have never felt more insulted in a customer service setting. Do not shop here if you expect professionalism and good customer service.

Everybody standing around and when you ask for a size they look at you crazy. Can we please bring back good customer service. Needless to say I left without buying shoes. The straw that broke the camels back was when the sale associate was ringing up my shoes with a attitude. I politely told her nevermind and walked out.

They do not have time to answer the phone but are standing around.. I stood on the out side of the store calling just to see what they would do they just let the phone ring .. my description of a BAD BUISNESS

If u buy something here and it has the tag and they KNOW for a fact you bought it there and they acknowledge....they still wont give you full refund knowing what you paid for it
