First time runner, needed help picking out shoes specific to my needs. Attendent couldnt have been less helpful, pointed to a couple shoes that didnt even fit my criteria and went back to his phone. My phone was more useful then he was as I resorted to googling shoe info. Got irritated and went to Foot Locker where they were incredibly helpful.

Called the store just now to ask if the store had a particular brand of tennis shoes, was placed on hold. I have now been on hold for over 15 minutes. I am pretty sure they have no intentions of picking the phone back up.
