Ok I do love Home Goods chain BUT the one in Florence kentucky is slowly dying due to the quality of products that they have in this store. I was interested in buying a few pieces of furniture that they had on display but every single piece of furniture had cracks, chips broken Off, scratches, broken and unbalanced I asked if they had any in the back in a box still and they said what they had on display is what they have for everything?! Most over 100 to 200$ and they still want the full prices in broken furniture and no extra in the back....rip off!!!!!

When i had to do a return that I didnt have the receipt for anymore they treated me as if I were a thief even tho I was 100% content with just store credit. I thought the manager behaved in a very unprofessional and rude manner.

I love Home Goods, I received excellent customer service, and on my returns the managers have always been very respectful however in each return situation I have had my receipt. "My favorite store"!

Relatively inexpensive put ever-changing selection of things for the house. If you like something they have, be sure to buy all you need at one time since they dont keep a regular stock.
