Worst place ever.. Just because of my age they looked at me like I was nothing but a young punk that was trying steal. After confronting the person that was following me they still continue to follow me. People wouldnt even answer my question they would just brush me off their shoulder.. As a contractor I come to Home Depot not only to get the supplies I need I also go there to ask for help to MAKE the impossible happen, to create new things. If you are a contractor you know the feeling when the client comes to you asking if you can do something you have no idea clue how to make or fix. That is why I come to Home Depot. But not this Home Depot. To crescent springs Home Depot/ Home Depot world wide I will never step a foot or spend another dime inside one of your stores again...

No one ever knows whats going on in the store, where anything is, or how much something costs. Im an animal lover...but there is a place for animals and home Depot is not one of them, this particular store always has a ton of people with there dogs who are all over the place and in the way....not the stores fault, but a heads up. It is better than dealing with Florence traffic even though it may take you a little longer to find stuff or have to use something different than what you wanted.

I really REALLY wish they would get rid of the fake bird noise. I like the store, but I find myself looking for opportunities to use the other HD in Florence just to avoid the fake bird noise. I suggest they get rid of the fake bird noise and use effective bird brushes/bird spikes/ bristles (that they sell) instead of the noise makers. Theyre just painfully loud.

We were at the Crescent Springs, KY store and asked for help finding some properly sized LED bulbs. The person working with us walked off 3 times after just a few seconds. Then she tried to hand us off to someone else and they walked away as well. We finally decided to just go to Lowes.

This location does a profession Partnership in all areas. Ive had Assistance in all areas to include electric, pluming, lighting , wood inn many areas of the store. Through other competitors , even other Home Depot in the area, this team is Top class.

It was quick and easy, thats why I only shop home depot, Lowes is just to complicated and not nice, today you guys and gals really helped me with my purchase, and as a matter of fact Im going back to purchase something else, thanks for everything

My husband was in Home Depot today. He needed a certain board. The person who could get it down was on break. No one in the whole store could get the board he needed. He waited a while, then left. That is very poor customer service.

Friendly staff, clean store. Its smaller than your typical Home Depot so their selection is limited and they sometimes run out of stock. I go here for convenience but find myself going to Lowes for woodworking products.
