5/12I go to a Home Depot at least 3 times a day and this store does not compare with the others. The bigger carts were all full of items in the aisles loaded down with what looked to be returns. Took what seemed to be hours to simply find a cart to get my roll of carpet. I decided to just leave and go elsewhere when I finally found one in the parking lot. Considering I was in a crunch for time. I took it back in and purchased my carpet. This store better catch up. Im always in in a hurry when Im working, but I will always pass a empty Lowes to go to a full Home Depot because the service is so much more superior. However I rate this store a Lowes. 5/13 I have to recant yesterdays bad experience, this morning I had a awesome experience, every aisle I went down someone was asking if they could help, check out was great. Friday must have been a bad day

I called to inquire about an appliance to see if I can swap the appliance for the right colored appliance that matches the home decor. The manager over the phone gave me the ok. I specified I dont have the receipt, as they were a gift. He said it was fine as long as they werent opened. I get to the store and they deny the transaction after scanning my id. Saying Ive exceeded my number of returns. I havent returned anything at Home Depot. I was totally discriminated against. Not to mention the faulty system that claims Ive maxed out returns, which doesnt put me at ease if my identity has been stolen. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the customer service department at this location. They werent even concerned with the fact that I havent returned anything before, nor try to help me resolve the issue. Poor, shoddy, discriminating customer service.

Great customer service! This has to be one of the cleanest, most organized home depots. It was easy to use the app and find what I needed. I especially enjoyed the electrical associates, the tall young lady is one of the funniest and knowledgeable "light bulb" specialists out there lol.
