Probably one of the worst purchasing experiences Ive ever made. I bought a refrigerator that was delivered December 18 2015. Once delivered we noticed the water in the door wouldnt work. We called Monday December 21st and left a message for the manager. We called again Tuesday December 22nd and left another message with an employee. Finally after about a week we go ahold of someone and we agreed on a day and time frame between 11am - 4 pm and the employee was supposed to call 30 minutes prior to showing. He called at around 3pm and said hes five minutes away. (I work 30 minutes away) After explaining my time frame issue we agreed on 3:30pm for him to meet me. I rush home and dont here anything until after 6pm! Needless to say they never showed. We rescheduled for Monday January 4th between noon and 5:30pm. The driver called at 5pm and said he was 5 minutes away. I bet you can guess he didnt show up until after 6:00pm. 15 minutes later our issue was resolved. Icing on the cake while pulling out the frig the workers scratched our hardwood floors in our brand new house. Im sure if theres no issues than Home Depot is awesome but if theres a problem GOOD LUCK!

As soon as I entered someone greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding something. I said yes and she pointed me right to what I was looking for. I picked up the stuff I wanted and on my way to check out someone asked me if I was ready to check out. I said yes and the guy checked me out promptly. That took me all of 20 minutes most of which were spent deciding what I wanted. Now, compare that with my visit to Lowes for the same stuff. I went there and looked for someone to help me for 5 minutes. After finding someone, he pointed me to the wrong isle. I spent about 15 minutes looking for what I needed and employees just walked pass me without offering to help. So, I finally asked someone else and he yet again pointed me to the wrong isle. Spent another 20 minutes or so looking and finally went back to the same guy to make sure he understood what I was looking for, at which point he sent me in a completely different direction where I found the section I was looking for BUT they were out of stock on almost everything in that section. At which point Ive spent over an hour had to walk out empty handed and furious.

In the past year, I have had numerous issues with HD and specifically this location. First, I received a washing machine that didnt work. Three months later, a replacement came but it was installed improperly causing a leak through my downstairs ceilings. While I understand that this is the installation companys fault, in the end it falls on HD to make sure things are right. To this day, no one from HD has called to see if it was fixed or even offer an apology for the incredible inconvenience I gave HD another shot by ordering 1 door. I was told an estimated 3 weeks. Since then I have over 30+ "order update emails", have talked to 4 managers, an incredibly rude customer service rep Phoenix at the desk, and guess what - still no door. Bad installations and incredibly late products are terrible. But what is truly the terrible thing is the lack of accountability and action by HD. The new nonchalant approach to customer service shows that HD doesnt care about nor respect customers time. Absolutely a disgrace for a company that is headquartered just a few miles away.

I couldnt find anyone to help me - I already knew what I wanted just needed someone to punch a door up in the system. While trying to find someone another customer yelled out "Is anyone working here!?". I found someone finally but he was a contractor who worked a booth and didnt bother paging anyone. I had to go to customer service and they took about 10 minutes with the 1 customer ahead of me. After that wait they were able to pull someone off break who was helpful to be fair. After the delivery date had past I had to go into the store to find out if it was there or not, turns out it was not - would have been nice to have been notified even by email if a delivery date was pushed back. After another week or two my wife called the store and complained and they said a manager would call back - they never did. Finally yesterday - 2 months after I purchased the door it is in the store and ready to be picked up. Hoping today at least goes smooth.

This is by far the worst home depot Ive ever been too. Not only did it take 3 associates to help me find abs to pvc glue(I had to show them a photo of it...), But when I went to go check out ALL the check out lanes were closed except for self check-out! I could see other employees looking over from customer service and doing nothing. After 15 mins of waiting in line, one of them slooooowly walked over and opened a register. Worst.Home Depot. Ever. Dont shop here, unless you enjoy wasting time and have nothing better to do all day. Ended up leaving without purchasing glue and went up to Lowes. Never again will I shop at this location and will be wary of the other stores. Lost a loyal customer today because of this, and will be telling my fellow tradesmen and contractors. Just awful Home Depot. Shame on you.

Ive had some humdinger experiences at this place in the past (dont go there anymore). The most unforgettable had to be the young woman (loosely speaking) who was working "customer service" at the front of the store. I was there to buy a refridge, and they had some out front on the sidewalk for some reason, and I simply wanted to know if they were for sale. This grotesque and surly hayseed might be the worst employee of any business I have ever encountered--certainly in the top 3. My and I also went once to their more upscale home furnishings place up the street and were completely ignored by the salespeople. Its not us because we usually get very prompt and polite service wherever we go. This place is the pits.

Got a gas cooking range in exchange for electric one; paid close to 26$ for the install. Two incompetent guys come to deliver, assess the situation for 5 seconds and raise their hands up in the air and say we cannot remove the electric gas range. It took me only 5 minutes to get it out. They left even without leaving the newly purchased appliance. These guy were so hasty didnt give an ounce of thought before leaving the premises. Why does Home Depot hire such guys who didnt even go to Kinder garden to do an install. Extremely incompetent and worthless service guys who visit your houses.

Very nice staff, nice doesnt always get the job done. Location will list products as available online but does not have them available for purchase... while they are still in building. Passed two other Home Depot locations to stop at the one near my office to be told they are still in receiving and wont be unpacked for another day or two. Associate offered to call another location but that would be just as unreliable as customer service would just look at available inventory. Location may want to consider only show what is available for purchase instead of whats in stock.
