Love the store. The checkout clerks are always friendly, pleasant and helpful. I never leave there without finding exactly what I wanted, or something even better. There are a couple of floor clerks who are virtually worthless, however (most noticeably the bearded guy in the art supplies section). Ask them a question, and you will most likely get a shrug as if they really dont care. I hate that in such a good store, they should weed such problems & restaff to make things better. That is the problem with this store--not understaffing. The lazy employees are already here, wasting a lot of time avoiding customers to gather and talk amongst themselves instead of seeking out clients to help. It happened again to me just the other day, & I expect it will happen to me every time I go in.

Me and my wife have been in here on numerous numerous occasions. But the last 2 times we were in here we asked a member of management a question about carrying certain items and to make a long story short they just out-and-out lied to me and then whenever I pointed out that yes you do Carrie this I was just wondering if you had it in a different color did they seem embarrassed because they have been caught in a lie nope didnt concern them one way or the other. I was very disappointed with the type of help that management offers if thats what management does God help us if you ask a regular floor employee.

This Hobby Lobby has an awful lot of stuff for you if youre an artist. And usually the prices are good. But good luck finding an employee to help you....I suspect theyre are staffed way, way too thin. For even basic questions, you have to go questing through the store to find a person to ask, and even then they usually dont know because its another department. Still, good store.

Hobby Lobby has all my crafting supplies under one roof. There is always a sale going on and there is a 40% coupon each week to use on a regular prices item in case it inns ton sale. It has easy access getting in and out of the parking area along with plenty of parking.
