After what I saw happend to a poor little dog beinging groomed by the owner of pet haven..I will never take my dog back to be groomed there. Nor will I ever do any business there again. If there had been a way for me to get in touch with the dogs owners to let them know of the abuse I witnessed I would have. If your willing to risk taking your dog there..I urge you to pop in several times without wanings. If you like your dog being grabbed hard by its ear or skin on the neck, or even better your dogs lip grabbed and pulled and twisted, by all means take your dog there. One star is too good for this place..I feel so guilty for ever taking my dog to be groomed there. Explains why she seemed so afraid.

I use to take my Shitzu here for grooming, I am currently looking for another groomer because the people there are just rude and have lost their touch for grooming and treating my dog like he is a rag doll when they groom him. I went to pick him up last time and my dog looked the EXACT SAME as when I left him and they were trying to charge me $50 when I usually paid $35 every other time. I told them I wasnt paying for it because I was not satisfied and she told me that was WHAT I ASKED FOR! I took my dog out of her hands and walked out! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I USE TO LOVE THEIR SERVICES BUT THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!

Ive always been happy with Pet Haven. I used to have dogs that needed groomed and would go there on a regular basis. Now my dogs dont need to be groomed but I go there each month to buy a large bag of dog food. If I happen to run out I could just run over there real quick and grab a bag instead of having to go shopping for one or going someplace clear across town. Its very handy having a pet groomer and store in the neighborhood. Diana and her employees are very friendly and we always enjoy a good conversation. I highly recommend Pet Haven.

Took my lab in for grooming @8:45a.m. and still had heard nothing from them @2:00p.m. Had to call them to see if he was finished with his bath...they had finished 2 hours earlier! We brought him home, he went directly to his water dish and stayed there for 5 minutes before going outside to take the longest bathroom break ever! Almost sure they left him in a kennel the whole time with no water or potty breaks!! Will not go back to this place and would not recommend them to anyone! He is my sweetie and deserves better!

The vet portion of the business is great and I would highly recommend them. However, the grooming portion of the business is awful. I took my little dog there and when I picked him up his eyes were swollen shut. They said they used a flea shampoo that got in his eyes. His eyes took a week to get back to normal. They said they had problems with him trying to bite. Hmmm.... Ever since this experience I started grooming my dog myself.

Ive been taking my toy poodles to Diana for 7 years. I LOVE HER !!! One of the boys hurt his neck, they were very careful with him. He did not come home with a stiff/sore neck. Diana is open for communication, just talk to her. Sometimes I take special shampoo, they use it. I do like Pet Haven a lot.

I would not take my dogs anywhere but Pet Haven. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help. There grooming is great and reasonably priced. They have a good selection of dog food, treats, toys, and supplies.

Stay away if you love your pooch. They grooming side is inhumane and is is the vet side. They dont care about your dog. They want to take your money. Shame on you Pet Haven... More like Pet Torture Zone

Great service, wonderful prices for vet visits and everyone genuinely cares for my animals. Also, my giant schnauzer got the most adorable haircut and bath and she loved it!
