Good place friendly people. Wide assortment of clothing and gear. Good for camping supplies. They have airsoft, tasers, mace, machetes, ropes, hats, boots, fold up shovels, jackets, and other cool stuff. If your in Boy Scouts this is a great place to get some hiking gear or camo for manhunt and paintball.

Friendly and attentive staff. Very helpful suggestions if youre not totally sure what youre looking for. I got the feeling she wanted to sell me what would work for me the best, rather than what would make them the most money.

It is the best military surplus store around the cedar rapids and iowa city area, uncle stans is way worse. it is cramped dark and packed. Ccs has alot of stuff, is well lit and spaced out.

Nice place to get some military gear, they have some used surplus, very knowledgeable stuff. If I ever win the lottery, I would walk with a little bit of everything and hopefully more.
