Not good customer service. I went there today and asked for a lane for 100 yd shooting. The man gave me lane #9. When I got started and tried to retrieve my target but it would not return. When I went to the desk, after waiting several minutes for service, the lady told me that lane 9 would not retrieve and that they should have given me another lane. I asked for another lane and she told me it would be up to 30 minutes because they had other shooters. I packed up my equipment and was at my truck when she came out with my target and said they would give me another lane. Too late. I have used this range 2 times before and had similar problems on one occasion. Its not worth the 30 mile one way drive.

This store has a very knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and enlightening. The range is very well kept and safe to use. Their selection of firearms and supplies is accommodating to everyone from the least to most experienced shooter. I recommend this store to everyone who is interested in learning, polishing skill, or upgrading.

Great range and wonderful staff. Everyone who works there is friendly, very helpful, and best of all they have lots of experience and know what theyre doing. They also offer concealed carry classes. If youre in Searcy and need something to do, head over there even if you dont have a gun; they have plenty of choices to rent from.
