I can not believe the incompetence of the person they let answer the phone. I called to ask if they stock Nicotinamide (a B-3 Vitamin). They said “Probably, but if not we can order it”. I asked “how do I know if you have it”? They stalled and finally said they would check. They came back to the phone and said they did not have it, but could probably order it. I asked “how much does it cost”? They said “I don’t know, but it probably won’t be much. I thanked them. They said “No problem”. It really isn’t much of a problem to not satisfy the customer.

If you work in a healthfood store that sales herbs and etc as well you should know about them. Many of them dont! Also they claim that if you order somthing thats in Louisville it will be there next day or at worst 48 hours. Wrong. However, many of the young girls are kind.

The girls that work there are very rude. All they do is stare at you from the time you walk in. They dont even greet you. Then when you get to the counter you have to interrupt your conversation to check you out. The place is overpriced anyways. Go down the road
