Indian givers on points.. .. I signed on and got 300 points and they never told me that they disappear in 3 months if you dont use them.. . ... The item that I was after they were sold out of , they didnt offer to call me when it was in stock , check out time is always longer than could be due to the fact that they will take somebody else in front of you or beside you first when youve been standing there waiting before the other person shows up at the counter, the phone has more priority than the bird in the hand, .. .. .. their products seem good though .. .. .. the points thing really was the bad deal , I told the gentleman at the counter I was a first-time customer. .. .. he proceeded to tell me that one point was worth a dollar after I had to ask him what the points were worth .. .. .. .. .. I have further figured out that this is not anywhere near correct .. .. the staff was very helpful in finding my selections .. .. .. at the end of the day thanks anyway they do have better service than GNC.. ..

When I went the door had a sign that all vitamin shop brands were 25% off. Well I was charged full price at first. Then after matching there online store that had 20% off and then deducting another 5% I got the discount. But I had to argue to get this discount even though they had 2 signs on front door. That is not right.

Ive been in here several times. I dont remember his name, but theres a gentleman that works there thats as friendly and helpful as they come. Hes very knowledgeable and seems to really enjoy helping people.
