You gals, who NEVER have answered the phone with anything but "thank you for calling Simply Natural" or "simply natural" or "hello, simply natural health foods" (Have to add that based on another persons comment!) have been AMAZING in the past 3.5 yrs that weve coming to you....I remember coming to you crying because I didnt want my 9 year old medicated by big pharma junk (it was making him MISERABLE with a capital M) and you guys saved my child....I cant thank you enough for your kindness (you never belittled me (quite the opposite, you were very understanding...ALL of you!!!) when I was crying out of frustration or confusion over what the "doctors" thought to be "best" vs what I felt was best for my son), your EXTREME helpfulness and your UNDERSTANDING!!!!!! We STILL come in around once a month for supplements and weve branched out now to using them for our whole family and I thank you with all my heart for opening my eyes to a world beyond "medicating" conditions....especially when medications dont work most of the time.....or the side effects (as was the case with a med with my son) are worse than the condition being treated....Thank you to all of you for being there and being as knowledgeable as you are!

Same as other two , made me feel like I was bothering them more than anything , I didnt come in dressed the best , and just had the impression that maybe my money wasnt good enough - and had plenty of money . Again a yr later , theyre still the same , went in and asked for hormone support or something similar, the old bitty red head , points to a shelf and walks away . Ive worked in sales and thats just not how you treat customers. Im not aski g for any diagnosis but at least ask if Im looking for weight or mood or something that covers all that stuff . Its not my store so Im not real sure what Im looking for . Just very unfriendly, and yes I had my work boots on and not my expensive clothes . Im sure my boots cost more than anyone elses shoes in there lol

Seriously, who answers, "Hello?! at a business. Someone who obviously hasnt taken a Business 101 course. Called this afternoon to see if they stocked shirataki noodles. Got a brusque no, no other effort to assist or offer any alternatives, or even a thank you for calling. I have zero interest in even walking into their store to see what else they may have in stock or pick up some Chia or TVP that I also need.

Everyone that works there has a great personality and very helpful explaining products they sell. The store is clean and they keep the stock up so youll always have what your looking for. I have been purchasing all my health products from them for many years and will continue to do so in the future. Always greeted with kindness and respect.

This is still one of my favorite places to shop. They always carry new products and the staff is so nice and friendly, especially the blonde ones! They have always made me feel more educated and always order whatever I need even if they dont have it in stock.

I was appalled at how rude this staff was! I went in looking to spend a ton of money, and ended up leaving with nothing. I felt the staff looked down on me and ran me out of the store feeling like an idiot!
