I like the idea of rainbow blossom and the events you guys putt on that bring local farmers together are good things for the community and promoting health lifestyles. But every customer experience I have had at this location has been not great. Every time Ive been in the actual store the clerk there seemed completely disinterested in taking my money or just not being pleasant at all. I felt like he was mad I was there buying things almost like he felt I wasnt worthy to shop there. I know that sounds sort of ridiculous but that is what I got from that. Second thing was I calling around town to find a good price on protein powder. I called up your locations because I know you guys carried some and I wanted a powder without much sugar and not full or processed junk. Anyways whomever answered the phone was not terribly helpful. He told me what had but I could hear the groaning behind his voice. I then asked what sizes he had because I would rather buy in bulk since its obviously cheaper.Then he proceed to tell me in an arrogant manner that "we do not cater to that gym lifestyle"... Just trying to supplement my diet and its cheaper/ quicker than preparing chicken or beans and so on..

Worst customer service ever from an older short haired women!!!! Rude as hell, condescending, then she just walked off leading me to think she was taking me to what I had asked for (colloidal silver) but no, she just went and started messing with the popcorn machine at the front of the store. I was flabbergasted and so was the young girl who took me to this woman in the first place. Its been 11 days and I am still mad as hell. Never will I go back or ever again recommend this store again!

I love rainbow blossom. I get my vitamins here a lot and stop in for produce and treats (kombucha, jewelry, incense, lotions, chocolate). I say treats even in reference to the food items because its a local place full of mainly specialty health products and locally handmade goods so higher ticket items are to be expected but I would buy it all if I could everything is worth the money. Staff is always cool too.

Like all specialty health food stores, they dont carry EVERY single product, BUT, if you have something specific in mind you cant find (like me, when I travel to Louisville and always forget something!!), they ALWAYS know how to connect you with the best match of ingredients. I have never had one problem there out of many years shopping. Plus, their produce section cant be beat!!!

Great selection on food. Ive just never had a pleasant experience with one of the cashiers "what do you have" in a rude tone of voice is typically her introduction. Honestly its fairly disheartening knowing such a great experience is wasted just by that. 4 stars because of this.

The redheaded girl who works there is rude and hateful. When I complained about her, she somehow found me on facebook and started harassing me on facebook. Needless to say, I avoid that store at all costs. Also, their products are way over-priced.

Its not a bad place, but they dont have as much variety as Whole Foods or Fresh Thyme. And all their meats and breads are frozen, which keeps them lasting longer but makes it inconvenient if you to use them that day for cooking.

A small but nice market. We got some grass fed beef and other products that you can feel good about eating. Best part, they had a little farmers market out front and one of the vendors sold us the best kimchi Ive ever had.
