Perfection. I go to Brown County State Park every year. This time, I decided to rent bikes rather than haul them on a bike rack. I thought the rental prices very reasonable compared to other shops. I found the people at Hesitation Point are just exceptional. Youll want to just hang out to chat and pet the resident cat, but theres biking to do, right? The store location is very close to the North Gate of the park, so its minimal hassle to get to the shop. I ended up with Marin bikes in great condition, and they were just right for the occasional kind of trail biking I do. The only way the experience could be improved for me, personally, is if the bikes were delivered to the camp site (because I have a daughter who wouldnt have been able to bike the distance to camp), therefore, I had to figure out how to get a bike rack to haul the bikes into the park -- but this isnt a reasonable expectation. I managed just fine by borrowing a bike rack. I almost dont want to say how good the experience was, because Ill want to make sure I can get a bike the next time I visit. In particular, Id like to extend a very warm thank you to Tad, who is one of the most genuinely nice people Ive encountered in a long time.

I made a reservation and paid the bike online the day before. The next day I just had to pick up the bike and could go directly to the perfect trails around. Bike was in perfect condition and the staff was really nice and uncomplicated! I will definitely come again!

Some of the best trails deserve one of the best bike shops and these guys rock! Theyve helped me out with everything from free parking, repairs, to selling a friend a great bike during a weekend trip. Say hi to Homer the shop cat and check out this awesome place.

Super chill, they dont gouge you for work on your bike. My friend rented and the rental was a NICE bike for a reasonable price. Also, its right by the entrance to Brown County SP so thats convenient. Highly recommend.
