Not only was BOI the most competitive in regards to price. But, John was by far the most helpful and personable person I dealt with today. I went to 4 bike shops with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, most of the people just stood and looked at me and showed me the most expensive bike like what I was seeking. John from BOI showed me 3-4 bikes and several sizes, set me up to try them out and adjusted seats on both the bikes I was looking at multiple times. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to make an investment in a bicycle or accessories.

Great service, friendly staff, great prices. I was recently given a Schwinn Continental that needed some work. I took the tires over to Bicycle Outfitters Indy because my dad recommended them. Let me say, they didnt disappoint! They had the tires fixed in no time and I was back on the road quickly.

Very impressed overall. I got some tires and tubes when they were having a sale. They did not have the item in stock and offered to upgrade me to a more expensive tire. They shipped fast priority mail even though I am on the other side of the country. Will do business with them again!
