One of the most terrible customer service that I have experienced for a long time. Dont go there for good customer service because you wont get it. What happened: I went to return a piece of furniture that I purchased from this store. Since it was over two weeks, the store didnt allow the return. I understand it is their return policy and I repesct that. However, I was really disappointed by how the male manager handled the situation. He was cold and unsympathetic. The way he talked to me made me feel like he was saying:" this is our policy. Deal with it!" When I was leaving the store with the furniture, there were two managers and one staff by the door, but no one offered to help me. The result: I am not planning to go back to this store anymore. Caution for other customers: please be sure to understand their company policy very well, and dont expect much from their customer service.

Enjoy stopping in to check out great deals on vintage items. They turn over items quickly so if you like it you must not let it sit. If you do it most likely be gone. I have made some good finds at this store and plan out checking out the one in Fountain Square and Bloomington also because of my experience here.

I enjoyed shopping here and came here often. Today I tried to return a pair of pants with all tags attached they know I bought here and refused because I lost my receipt I will never shop here again thieves!

You will pay discount mall prices for donated clothes, however you can find some good stuff. They take the best things they find at goodwill stores and mark them way up. Goodwill is a for profit company

Honestly not what I was expecting. Its a bunch of new clothes and shoes with a small amount of vintage finds scattered about. Not what the name implies to me.

Good selection of trendy and vintage clothes. I bought a pair of Rock revival jeans for a gift. I think the prices are a little high.
