Ive been to many H&M store locations throughout the states. This one is by far the worse in customer service. I waited for an employee to assist me to a fitting room, 10 minutes later still no help and 3 other people join me for a fitting room. I got frustrated and decided to go into one, but each one was filled with clothes or were lock. The sad part is, I saw the manager walk by and didnt bother to help. I asked an employee for a size off a mannequin, he just rolled his eyes and sigh and told me to go look for it by myself. I really dont know what their problem is, i dont know if they think theyre better or just really hate their job. Corporate needs to replace the store managers or the managers need to get their act together. My recommendation is go to the H&M in Circle Center, the customer service is well done.

This is a review for their shipping department in Plainfield (281 Airtech Pkwy, Plainfield, IN 46168), not the store. Unfortunately, Google wouldnt let me write a review about the direct shipping location. I cant believe that I am still waiting for my order 10 days later, considering that Plainfield is less than 4 hours away from my house. This has nothing to do with the postal service being lazy or too slow. The people in Plainfield just decided to wait a whole freakin week to even ship my stuff. If there was a problem with an item or so, they could at least have notified me about a delay. I only gave a second star, because H&M has usually very great customer service.

Sizes are soo small. I usually wear a size 4-6 and here I am sized to be an 8-10. The customer service is alright and waiting for a fitting room isnt too bad. Sometimes Im not sure if I should wait for an attendant or just go on my own. Its very hard to read. The sound at the checkout register is unbearable. Gentlemen at the registers are always so kind and friendly! Selection of clothing is a bit directed at an older crowd.

This location is clean with plenty of mrchandise for women and men. Sometimes they do not carry a lot of product in a particular store. Value is always good since their stuff holds up.

Love this store. Prices are good and clothing is cute. I love shopping for my childrens clothes here. H&M have the cutest baby/kids clothes.
