I had the absolute greatest service while having issues and switching to a new phone. I went to the Sprint in Holland, MI on Lakewood Blvd. The managers name is Josh. They were all very helpful, down to Earth, & you can tell they were enjoying helping customers. All of the employees at this location are great. Greeting everyone as they came in - &believe me, I spent quite a bit of time there recently going in& out to get my phone charged. They were always very calm & collected. They were very professional and I will only be using this Sprint store from now on. I mainly had help from Josh, Zane, &I believe his name was Ben. Ben offered to charge my battery for me at the store several tmes as I waited for my Evo to come in. These guys are great, I mean really. I cant explain to you how refreshing it is to have customer service like that when I was already having a bad day due to the fact of needing to get a new phone and my charger port was broken. Ive been awaiting a call to be able to complete the survey on how well the service was but have not recieved it yet. I just wanted to make sure there great work did not go unnoticed because it was very much appreciated.

Went to this store and was told they would unlock a Galaxy S4 phone with unlock code. Found out they dont even so they say know how to unlock phones. Was flat out told they refuse to unlock there phone even when the phone is not on a contract because people go to pay as you go phone. So beware all Sprint customers when you buy that phone from Sprint you can never ever ever go to another provider that is cheaper, they hold your phone hostage so they will be the only ones who can collect monthly charges. AT&T does not do that. but Sprint runs there business by lying to their customers , even there customer service department lies. Must be part of there job application...who must lie to people to get this job... there good at it too.. Why would anyone want to have Sprint on these unethical practices...

Went in to the store and the first thing that bothered me was they were vacuuming the floor. Its nice they wanna keep the store clean but I could hear anything. They were also more interested in there movie (Charlies Angels) than helping me. I upgraded my phone and of corse it has to be activated. The manager Moe told me and I quote "Im not supposed to tell you this but if you call a sprint rep they will wave your activation fee." Long story short they dont do that. Also I told Moe I was only there to get a new phone and was not interested in anything else and instead of just checking me out so I could leave he kept trying to add tablets and speakers to my bill. 1 more thing. They had 4 people there and when people walked in they didnt even attempt to help them. They all say in the back.

On Friday Jan. 22, 2016, I went to this Sprint Store, to see why my phone was eating up my battery. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile and "Welcome to Sprint", That was so cool, and it made me feel comfortable about being there. After explaining my problem, Ed the super sprint sells person, looked at my bill. After he, checked things out, he showed me a new plan which brought my bill down. he also said, I could upgrade. REALLY!! Anyhow, to make a long story short. What I want to say, is WHAT! an awesome group of guys and girls behind the counter. If one was busy another stepped in to help him out. Thank you Ed, Jessica and they other 3 Sprint Techs at Douglas Ave. Holland Make sure you stop there, if you have a problem or have questions. :)

Im beyond pissed!!! I recently dropped my phone and it created dead pixels, I drop things Im human! But when I bought the phone, and I mind you this is the new iPhone 6, they sold me a 40 dollar case and said it would "insure" my phone well I had that case on when I dropped it and I brought my phone to the sprint store I bought it at and ask them to fix it. I have insurance on my phone but it covers so much, they told me "the case doesnt insure your phone it protects it." Im pissed one they lied to me to get my money that I worked hard for!! I babysit for a living I dont got money!! Now they said to get a new phone it will cost 200$ are you serious!!! Wtf I will NEVER go with sprint again!! They lie for your money and cheat to get what they want!! They SUCK!!!

Customer service is poor. Workers are slow. The Tech support is the worst part of it all. Tech with glasses, was rude and unprofessional. I went to him with a phone issue and after two hours of them "Servicing my phone" they came to the conclusion that the phone should be sent in because of tech failure(Battery) but since there was minor damage that had nothing to do with the actual problem of the battery, it would have to be an insurance claim and $200 instead of them sending for a "new" refurbished phone free of charge, and I do have insurance as well. If you looking into Sprints service, save yourself some time and effort and find a different store because this store will give you nothing but headaches and a large bill.

Caleb is by far one of the rudest individuals Ive spoken with in a very long time. His self righteous belief that he knows everything is by far the lowest form of customer service available. The fact that he said that this store has the best customer service around was an immediate indication that they dont. In fact, it is most likely the exact opposite for the area. Someone of a regional management level should be held accountable for correcting the process here to avoid further damage to the sprint brand.

Andrew is very helpful. Mo not so much. Wonder if they have to lie to work there. Pay insurance on a phone and it takes 2 weeks to get a new one. They said we should be grateful because they upgraded the phone. Also battery wasnt under warranty because phone was manufactured 16 months ago, only had the phone 10 months. Had only 12 month warranty ???? How does that work? ?? They are crooks

Very thankful for all the work the guys at this store put in to get me a good deal on my phone. I was dealing with a mishap with Sprint itself for over two weeks and the guys at this store worked to get it all figured out, sometimes being on the phone with Sprint for over an hour on my behalf. They were always eager to help and very patient, especially considering my frustration.

BEWARE of this store, do not buy from them! Upgraded to IOS6, continuous problems with phone. I have taken this phone back SEVERAL TIMES.This store, and I quote, stated "If you dont like the service you can go else where". What professional customer service this is! This is a lot of money to spend on a phone that will not process calls, hold a call, receive or send texts etc.
