The worst pharmacy I have tried to use. I gave them a second chance after very bad experience. Unprofessional manager and employees openly fighting with each other in front of customers. Then an very angry mother comes in bringing medication that the manager filled the day before. It was not the medication that was prescribed. CVS got rid of that manager so I tried using them again. Smug moron foreign manager refuses to fill my legal legitimate prescription. He says that "they dont have a history with me." Thats funny. The week before I came in, discussed with pharmacy employee about changing all prescriptions over to CVS. I had all my insurance and personal information, including all medications I purchase each month, updated in their computer including pain meds. I take pain meds for pain from a vehicular accident in which my foot and ankle were both crushed. I have been taking them for six years and will have to take them for the rest of my life in order to walk, stand and lead a semi-normal life. CVS has filled the prescriptions before with no problem. I go to a pain clinic every month and get drug tested to make sure Im not using illegal drugs and that I am taking meds prescribed and not selling them. Like I said, Ive been taking them for six years without an issue. The moron managers real reason not to fill my prescriptions was because "he" determined that I was trying to obtain pain meds illegally. The pain clinic I go to "clearly listed at top of computer printed prescription order" is less than 1 mile from CVS and the manager or employees wouldnt take the 1 minute to call to verify my order. This was their second and last chance at my business. Aside from pain meds I also have 5 other medications I take daily. A week after this incident I received a phone call from CVS stating that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. CVS, what a joke. Ill never give them a dime of my business and if you smart you wont either. I wonder if writing this review is qualification enough for the CVS pharmacy manager to determine that I do have a history with CVS? They could do a great service for Lebanon, TN, by closing their store there and never coming back.

After several months of dealing with this pharmacy I have transferred my families Rxs somewhere else. The staff is either completely rude, incompetent, or both. Multiple times I would request a refill online, only to find it wasnt ready after receiving text notification that it was. I was overcharged several times for copays, yet when I would tell them what it was supposed to be, they were of zero help- because all they can do is look at what the computer is telling them. They routinely wouldnt request PAs, and would try to charge me the whole amount without even checking or trying to be helpful by checking to see if it needed one. They claimed they couldnt give a time frame on when medications ordered would be available, then wouldnt even call when it did come in. I was told that narcotics took longer, up to a week or two to come in, bc they were in different shipments, when I was trying to order ADHD medication- this is a stimulant people, perhaps one should know the difference between a narcotic and stimulant before dispensing it. Their favorite game seemed to be "wait at this window for one thing, now go stand in this other line so I can help you with a different thing". They even got the labels and all the info wrong on my husband and sons medications, swapping them- thank goodness we recognized they were the wrong meds for the wrong patient (5 rights of medication administration anyone?) If I stayed with this pharmacy any longer I was going to need another medication for high blood pressure or anxiety from dealing with them! I do not recommend them for anyone that needs regular consistent service for multiple medications and family members- they do not have their act together enough, nor do they seem to care that their level of service and safety are completely unacceptable. I switched to Gibbs Pharmacy, also in Lebanon, and have been extremely satisfied.

This is the WORST one in Lebanon. They are consistently bad in their customer service...wait a minute, they have none to begin with. The pharmacist fills scripts the way he wants, regardless of how the doctor prescribed them. They never carry enough product in their inventory, which forces them to reorder scripts which ultimately delays your treatments. The pharmacy manager is not receptive to any customer questions, and basically does it his way, and in his words, "file a complaint if you want, it will only come back to me anyway, so it doesnt matter". Ive made 2 complaints on this store using their 1-800 number. Nothing has been done. I think its time for me to find another pharmacy. Dont waste your time going here. Find another that actually cares about its customers. Maybe when they lose enough customers they will change their business practices. Ive got plenty more to say...but only a limited amount of space to write. Cut this cancer out of your lives and go anywhere but here to fill your scripts. The Lebanon store is horrible!!

I am so relieved to see that I am not the only person that has a horrible time with this pharmacy! The staff is rude and incompetent and fills my meds wrong on a regular basis. They need to go back to school and learn how to count because almost every month my meds are short pills to get me my month or 3 months. They fill my seizure meds with whatever they have on hand when they know I can only take one certain brand. Nothing like getting the wrong meds and cause harm to a person. This place has no business being in existence with the horrible staff in place. They are lucky they have not killed someone yet!! I am transfering all my familys meds by the end of this week and will be contacting the BBB about the practices of this store. Absolutely pathethic place!! I wish there is an option of no star rating because they do not deserve the one I had to choose!!

I always have a great experience at this CVS. Theyre always fast and friendly. Peter the pharmacist has went above and beyond to help me with my medication. He has also went out of his way to ensure I got my prescription at the discounted rate I was suppose to receive. CVS pharmacy and Peter always delivers top notch and exceptional customer service. Hats off! A++++

I had one mess up last year with my script but I caught it. To me is was no biggie. I read a lot so I dont have to depend on others to tell me whats right. People make mistakes and the world is not perfect. You must take control of your i.e. Responsibility. I gave this a 4 because they took away the 24 hr.

People are rude here. They never fax the doctor like they say they will. When you call they are rude and when you go there they are rude. I have to use CVS because my husbands insurance makes us. So I swapped to the CVS in Target. They are VERY nice there and VERY helpful!
