I clearly asked if I would be able to change my phone in case my mom did like it without any troubles at any other Verizon store and they told me I could, well turns out that I cant!!!! Not to mention that one of the guys there was a complete jerk! I definitely dont recommend anyone to stop at this place... You are better off waiting and a real store and your at least guaranteed to make and change u need in case your dissatisfied with your purchase! This is not the end of my rant as I will publishing on other sites my disappointment and dissatisfaction know that in out almost 600.00!!!

I received excellent service from Aaron and Bennet at this store. After purchasing a new Samsung phone, one of my apps wouldnt work correctly on the new device. I brought the phone to the Verizon store on the north side of Holland for help. The employee there said, "This is not a Verizon issue". He really was not interested in helping me. At the Washington Avenue store both Bennet and Aaron helped me and they got the app working correctly. I was very happy with their service.

We switched all of phones at West Michigan Uniform over to Verizon through Wireless Zone and were able to save on our monthly bill. Very friendly and helpful staff that made recommendations to get us in the right plan to fit our needs. Pricing is very competitive on flip phones and smartphones and they have a great selection of cell phone accessories.

I visited this Verizon store in order to join a shared plan. Bennett was the kind individual who helped me and made the process a breeze! I was able to get everything I wanted even though there were some slight hiccups initially. Very pleased with the customer service at this location :) will definitely visit again if I have any issues!

Called several times the day before coming and talked to a guy. He then proceed to tell me that we can always bring the phone in and run the numbers, it could be unlocked if needed to. Very poor quality. Hate this location and the employees, they always have an attitude when you come in. Definitely will never come back !
