Maybe not as much this store as their policies. For the 18 years that Ive been a sprint customer I have always paid my bill with cash in the store. Today they refused to take my cash payment unless I allowed them to scan my drivers license into their system apparently so sprint could make more money by selling my data under the guise that its for my protection. WHAT!? How is scanning my id into their database in order to take my money protecting me? Is it to prevent some strange person from secretly paying my bill? Let them! Why is it that a printed receipt is not a good enough protection and validation of a payment made in cash? If I dont need an id to vote then why the hell do I need one to get a company to take my cash?

Sprint and this store have to be watched. I would give a zero if possible. From the associates to the manager none of them are professional, or do what they say. I was looking at my bill and noticed nearly $150 of unauthorized charges on the account activation fee charge for phones that have no activation fee then a free tablet that was supposed to have activation fees waived wasnt waived. After almost getting everything resolved after working with Dion the manager who all of a sudden turned ugly and hung up the phone these people are very unprofessional

I was surprised to read the negative reviews regarding this store, I go here anytime I have an issue or just need something for my phones. Weve had an account with 10 phones and a tablet for 15+, other than standard issues youd have anywhere (questions about contracts, broken phones, additional lines, insurance etc...) we have been very happy! I will say that the turnover in the past few years has been greater, in fact, I have walked in the last couple times and havent known anyone, but still always helpful and polite!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION people working in this store are the worst customer service people I have ever seen. The most rude manager I have over talked to.If you have to go into a Sprint store DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The manager threatened to throw my phone in the street if I left it there. Wow if I had time I would get a hold of his manager.

Wow! spoke with a Customer Service rep at this location... I would not give them my money ever!! Such poor customer service. Sounds like any questions was a complete bother to him and that he hated his job. Im sorry my questions interrupted your day dude. Thanks for you lack of enthusiasm to help me solve my issue. BE
