They are kind of high on their used clothes that are name brand . Some shirts are 14 bucks there .. and not even up to date . Their workers are normally not nice and just walk past you starring . Its a mess , the toys are gross the kids clothes are pretty gross with stains . Ive found 20 bucks in a book there though . I wish their half of days were for white tags too , then I could get their nice clothes for cheaper . You will spend at least a hour or two in there too find the good deals or you can pay extra for the white tagged clothes they know everyone wants for a higher price. I get it they need to make money. But even guys were in there complaining. And they sell hoodies with rips and stains. The mans section is pretty terrible and not priced right. And they have you take your hangers off your clothes before u get in line lol like my hands arent already full enough . They need better management and organizers forshizzleeeeeee I still go back tho in hopes to find something I like I love thrifting. Oh and its impossible to shop with a buggy omfg . Like every Isle someone is shopping and taking over the whole Isle. Its like bumper cars in there so crowded. Be the first one there or prepare for hell lol.

Hard to breathe inside, due to cleaning agents. Parking lot is horribly cramped. Clothes are stuffed together very tight so when one takes a hanger out other clothes fall off the rack. Many items way over priced, especially the "crystal" & pots/pans. I have seen $10 dollar tops selling for way less other resale stores. This is why they only sell their stuff on 1/2 price Sale Days. Every day prices are out of line. The "toy" department is always torn to shreds due to the fact that parents seem to let their children run free in this store. There is no supervision of any kind here, it is kind of a free for all. Where is security? The cabinet display area needs to be cleaned badly and merchandise could be arranged much, much better to increase sales. Also, cleaning merchandise up a bit may be in order if they want those HIGH prices for pressed glass. Make the place more presentable and I am sure sales will follow.

The management in this store is horrible. NO EXAGGERATION!! You can rarely get help with the items behind the counter. Maybe theres a shortage of staff. I would understand that BUT, the MANAGER is often standing behind the counter over in a corner - moving papers around or possibly ignoring the customers. She will NOT offer any assistance. When a customer finally gets her attention she seems very annoyed. Shell help that customer only and then run off appointing no one else to tend to customers at the counter. Upper management should really consider getting the management at this store better trained. Ive not experienced this at the other locations.

Holy cow- this is one of the most expensive thrift stores Ive ever been to. You know those throwaway t-shirts youll get at events, races, etc.? They were charging $2-$4 each for most of them! I was upset because I buy them in bulk and use them for projects. Absolutely could not justify spending $4 on a used, worn, probably free t-shirt. I can get them at other places for 50 cents. I did find some cool stuff, still way overpriced compared to other thrift stores, but youll find cool stuff anywhere. HOWEVER, if you are looking for fleece jackets, go here. Theyre a good deal. $14~ for a nice Columbia fleece.

Prices can be a little high on some things but you have to search. You will come out with great bargins. Any place you go to you will pay for what you want so dont exspect them to give it to you just because its a discount store. You can always go pay full price. Be my guest.

1st time there, cashier that wore a parka closed her line as soon as we went to cash out. So, we move over & she then reopens! I understand she was getting ready to leave, but when she reopened she shouldve called me back 1st since I was still waiting to be checked out!

Great place to shop for used items and collectibles. The only complaint is that there is never a person to help you behind the booth and most of the workers have a hard time speaking or understanding english.

I hate this store. The tags always fall off right in front of the cashier and they still wont sell it to you. The workers are very rude to. They bump right into you and look at you like your crazy

Good finds, sometimes. I live nearby so no biggy if its a blah day as far as pickings go.real mess at times. Prices are hit & miss for a good deal.1/2 price days. & 1/2 price colored tags daily

Priced too high for used, tax right off and dominated items many of which are in disrepair only costing dollars less than a retail store for brand-new goods
