My alternator failed while I was traveling through Elwood on my way to Atlanta, GA. Main Street auto showed up with a tow almost immediately (it was the shortest Ive ever waited for a tow in my life). The owner found apart and got it installed in my vehicle within a few hours, getting me back on the road the same day. The owner was funny and seemed like a real family man. All of the service techs in the garage were knowledgeable and efficient. I had a very good experience here.
