So finally able to get my mustang aligned after replacing all the steering and suspension componets so every thing was outta whack. Didnt get a chance to talk to tech before work done to explain issues, what ive done, and that my steering wheel was crooked. Ive had several alignments done that the shop didnt care about the steering wheel position just the alignment. But i was busy and took a chance. When i picked my car up it was a night and day difference. Everything was perfect. STEERING WHEEL NOT CROOKED.. I use elwood auto frequently but not enough for them to know me by name but i do feel like they treat me like they do.. Theyve always done me right. Its not often Id want write a 5 star review but in this case its well deserved

The owner is also a slum lord.getting rich off of his tenants suffering and misery. I lived in one of his rentals consecutivelyfor the last 3 years in the same apt and off and on for the last 18 yrs in the same apt complex finally unable to stand living in ankle deep sewage because the septic tank needed repaired and according to his own "MAINTENANCE" man the toilet needed REPLACED!!! THAT WENT on For months and the owner refusingto fix anything. Finally being extorted into buying our way out of our lease and paying extra rent.also dont let me forget to mention this was happening all the while during summer heat with no A.C. because he had refused to fix the central air for years

Elwood Tire is a wonderful small town business and should be recognized for their great customer service!! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me (even after hours) when I was in great need! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are a quality business!

Had to have my tires changed 3 times in one year because these people keep screwing it up. Twice I had them "fixed" and a week later their flat again. I Give this place a big fat F. As it it makes a difference, no one gets their car serviced here if they had other options.
