If I could give it negative Stars I would.... went in there with my oldest daughter and my granddaughter who are also on my plan and two of our phones had issues that we needed help with. Staff was very friendly except the gentleman who helped us with our phones named jair, my granddaughter is 13 years old decided to stand outside by the window instead of in the building and we were told by this man to please have her stuff going in and out of the door which was the first time she went out because it sends off an alarm. My daughter went out got her daughter brought her back in then her and my daughter because of his attitude decided to go sit in the car. My daughter came back in shortly after my granddaughter got out of the car and apparently had set off my car alarm and this gentleman said "OH MY GOD SHES DOING IT AGAIN"! I didnt realize she had set off my car alarm so my daughter turned off the car alarm my granddaughter came into the building. He hurried us out of this store fixing only one of the issues. I had to go back into the store to get the charging port he took out of one of the phones and did not give back and went back to the car. I didnt realize that he also kept my old SIM card because I purchased another one so I asked my daughter to run in and get it. This man met her at the door and asked her to hold on and he would get it she proceeded to go ahead and walk inside the store to get the SIM card but he actually expected her to stand outside where it was drizzling and wait for him to bring it to her. this man has real issues with children! my granddaughter was on her best behavior she was not running around she was not yelling she was not screaming she was not running in and out.... I will not go back into his store and if you do I had advised you leave your children at home because hes a real jerk!

I went to this store about three weeks ago because my son had an issue with his screen, it would not respond to any touch, the store was busy, we decided to wait. As soon as we entered the store we got greeted which I appreciate that, we come from Sprint and trust me no one greet you there. Anyway we waited for our turn and a young lady with braids or something on her hair named Tanesha took care of us which first of all was not wearing uniform, she was very unprofessional, was very short and kind of rude, she wanted to send us to the Apple Store immediately after barely holding my sons phone which I understand, is under warranty, but at least try and see if you can do something about it. So I asked for the supervisor, so he came and took his time to listen to us very attentive, patient and made us feel appreciated, he took us to the counter, offered water and chairs. He opened our account and gave us several options, including me. This gentleman named Jair took his time, was on the phone with customer service for us, he was so good that upgraded my sons phone, mine, gave us a tablet for free and saved us money on our bill have us what I called a "world class service ". Jair literally saved the store from a bad bad review! I do feel they should train their employees or get rid of the ones that dont want to be there. Yes I will go there but to only deal with Jair the supervisor.

So, I was trying to do a simple return on the Samsung galaxy note 7 and the staff on site wasnt able to figure out how to do the simple return. There was no Manger on site so staff was then communicating via text message with the Manger and even then they werent able to figure out the return process. I Was then asked if I could return the following day when the actual manager would be on site. My wife then returned the following day and there wasnt any staff on site at 11a.m. the time when store was supposed to be open she patiently waited for 15 min. and no one ever showed up. I then returned a third time the following day to this location because thats were I purchased the phone and the return had to be processed. The manager was now on site and once again he himself wasnt able to complete a simple return process. He then printed me a ups label and told me that I had to ship it back myself. I then called customer service and was told to go to a different location. I then went to the Merrillville location inside south lake mall and within 15 min they were able to figure it out and my return and refund was completed. Overall I give the dyer location a negative 10 rating and will never return to that location and will be doing all my purchases elsewhere.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My husband and I walked into the store eager to switch from sprint to tmobile. We were literally 1 of 3 people in the store. NO ONE EVER GREETED US.... We stood in line with no acknowledgment for 10 plus minutes and decided to just walk out... The guy behind the register took this mans information and told him to just come back in 30 minutes. Were going to head to the one in the St. John target where theyre eager for our money. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Tim is great! He saved us on our monthly bill with an upgrade and kept us well entertained our entire time in the store. It is amazing when people are not only knowledgeable in their field but also with customer service. I have since returned to that store just so that I could work with Tim rather than go to a store closer to my home. I recommend this store and its employees to all.

The staff here have no problem with lying to you, in oder to get a sale. They do this with confidence because they operate independently from the T-Mobile Corporation. In witch case they dont have to follow the same rules and procedures that T-Mobile customers are a custom to. Theres no one to hold there feet to the fire.

They charge you a CSR fee if you purchase anything in store even if you dont get helped by one of the employees, that fee is not charged online. This location also adds the TMobile JUMP to your plan without asking you, after you leave, resulting in a higher bill.

Waited 20 mins, 2 people helping 1 customer, everyone else just chit chatting, they do not want your business. Go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars thats what I would give. Go Somewhere else, save yourself the headache.

When to turn in a phone coming off lease. They wanted to charge me the purchase price AND keep my phone unless I bought a new phone. I went to the Highland store dropped off the phone, was in and out in 5 minutes.
