Great selection of products, but staff typically lacking in customer service compared to other local craft stores. Theyre certainly helpful, but most of them act and feel like they dont want to be there. Youll have a better experience buying what you need at Michaels, JoAnns, or Ben Franklin.

Great, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Staff is also very creative! Great products with good prices. Great place to go into for craft ideas as well. Jessi & Olivia are 2 employees that went out of their way to assist me. Highly recommend.

This store has the best prices for decorations, fabric, and arts supplies, even better than WalMart. They almost always have a 50% off sale on a good portion of their merchandise. Great prices, huge selection.

Kinda overpriced. Went to purchase a picture frame. Ad at the door said frames 50% off. Once at the register was told my frame didnt qualify for the sale. Almost every frame I looked at was damaged
