Bought a mifi there with MY credit card and tried to return it and they would not take it back because they say it was bought for use with my dads account. Get that, I BOUGHT it with MY credit card. They make things so difficult to the extreme, instead of saying YES, they said NO and to make it worse called over a manager to reiterate that they cant take it even if I bought it. I am cancelling my phone service with them and will never do business with them EVER. Stopped the mifi service after 2 days, it was 1.5 gigs for just surfing the internet with NO downloads. My mother bought one too and she is going to return hers also, they had us thinking that we got 15 gigs per month each, when it was too split 15 gigs. If you want to spend all your money on internet and get terrible, rotten customer service go there, you will get it in more ways than one! What they dont know is I do have an att account and it is going to get cancelled, my mother feels the same way.

Walked in this particular store a few months ago. I was immediately followed around and hounded by the door greeter. She wouldnt leave me alone untill I gave her my account info. I had just switched over to the new plan where you make monthly payments and seeing I might need to upgrade soon I wanted to just look at what was offered and how much. Well I was treated like some vagrant off the street and harassed untill I shared my account info. Then I was really treated poorly when I couldnt remember all the postcodes that ATT has you put on your account. Lets not mention that the account is in my wifes name. Theres even MORE aggravation to go through even if I call customer service. Then once I said just looking everyone scattered and when I DID have a question noone could be bothered to help.

FYI this is the only corporate store in the area and its across the street from Hobby Lobby near Texas Roadhouse. very confusing since there are 2 retailers within a few miles of here. if you have unlimited data, this is where you have to go to keep your plan. everyone who helped me was great, just remember you can choose who helps you. if you think something sounds wrong, ask for a second opinion and see if it lines up.

This is supposed to be a corporate store went in to get issued resolved was Im sorry we cant help you have to call an 800 number or chat online bunch of lazy people that have no idea what they are doing this is 1 of my trips here due to plan change or upgrade screw ups and I will be leaving bad reviews at to other locations as well that one that created this mess and anther that made it worse

I went in on a Saturday to make a switch from verison, & also wanted a new Samsung. it was busy and we had to browse around a bit before we coule get helped. the guy we sat down with ended up being informative, straightforward, and friendly. answered a bunch of questions my wife had about other phones. good sales experience and id definetly recommend going in and asking for Sean

my 2 year old samsung galaxy 5s active was having some software issues. Turns out, denying the updates and not having enough space for the updates created an issue of my phone restarting. Went in for help. They suggested I purchase a new phone. Turns out the phone just needed to have space freed up. Go somewhere where they care about the customer, not just selling phones.

I dont have an AT&T account but I was seriously thinking of moving here from Verizon, but Ive read the reviews of 2 local stores, and there is no way I would open an account with AT&T. They truly dont seem to care whether you stay or go, and I dont get that type of service from Verizon. Wow, they obviously dont want out business. Fine.

My husband went there with my phone to switch service to AT&T. The guy was hesitant to process my husbands request. He tried to talk my husband out of receiving the service, my husband stated it was as if he didnt want to do his job. Customer service now a days kind of stinks.

Better selection of devices than most other stores, and is much larger than most other AT&T stores in the area. Staff arent always the best and may not be as service oriented, but dont typically try to push their sales on you as much as some other stores in the area.
