It can be hit or miss with this place. It depends on the type of employee they have. Seems that they have a lot of turnover and some of the help is well close to useless. I think it depends on the day as well. When I was in there last week the two employees were standing around like bumps on a log. The time I was in there two weeks prior the employees were generally helpful even if they didnt know something. Radio Shack wonders why it loses customers and its because they are higher than just about everywhere else and they have crappy customer service. Which boils down to bad management and bad training.

Radio Shack hasnt had what I need for five or six years now. Customer service here is okay, but I feel bad when the associates ask if they can help me. The answer is always "Probably not." Most dont know and HDMI cable from an Ethernet jack.
