Beware! They will sell you pre-owned or refurbished products at above retail price! Shop around first. 3* for knowledgeable staff, but multiple occasions Ive found Ive been had on my purchases. My wife bought a used headset, whenbi learned what she paid, I returned it and went to Wal Mart and bought the same one for $20.50 cheaper.... NEW
