My husband and I went grocery shopping @ 10:30pm, finished @11:30pm. We had A LOT of things, and were extremely tired - so we didnt want to go through self checkout. There were two checkout lanes open. We saw that the lane on the left had its lights off, and he was finishing up with a customer, so we stuck with the lady on the right - she had a customer with a lot of items she was helping. Then, the guy on the left told us to come, WE WERE SO HAPPY! His name is Adarius, he was SUPER sweet. More people kept coming to his lane while he was helping us, and he tried to explain to them he had to leave because of overtime, but they stayed anyways. He was very kind about it. ADARIUS IS A WONDERFUL WORKER!!! Thank you for making our night at Walmart smooth and easy.

I decided to use Walmart for my prescription needs because I figured they would be the cheapest. I was right, cheap customer service. My last order filled at the Old Fort Pkwy Walmart in Murfreesboro was for the wrong prescription (could be lethal). My latest ordeal involves waiting for the jackass behind the counter to get off the phone, followed by me being told that I would receive a phone call or text when my prescription has been filled. Well, it has been 2 days. Funny thing is that I told my girlfriend that this would happen. It was almost expected. I hate Walmart, what they represent, and their CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The auto service Center while friendly, was very slow, bought a new tire and got charged for a road hazard that I declined during the initial transaction. After standing in line for nearly 10 minutes because they could not price check a puzzle for a lady and her young son the man told me I would have to go to the service desk for a credit back to my credit card. Well not the end of the world I have been to better Walmart there were Clerk Kama Associates and even a manager standing there who offer no help whatsoever. The workmanship was good on the tire it just took way too long to pay

Pretty decent Walmart. Im a little odd, as I usually only go between 2am and 5am, but I havent had many issues. Sometimes they are cleaning inconvenient areas (like the self checkout) and during those times only have one cashier open. She sometimes is doing other cleaning tasks and is difficult to find. I was a big consumer of frozen food when I lived elsewhere, and frozen dinners dont seem as popular here. Not a very large selection of them. Non-food items Ive looked for I have found quickly and in quantities I need.

I went to this store for a specific reason. So my rating is based on this visit only. I was shopping for my 5years old granddaughters Birthday. The toy department was pretty empty. It looked like the day after Christmas. Slim pickings for a super store. I was so disappointed. I drove out of my way to go to this Walmart Superstore. I live about a mile from my neighborhood Walmart but its not a super store but it had more toys. I wasted my time, gas and money going here.

Wish i could give it zero stars. 11Pm not one single check out line open and ALL self check out lanes out of order. 5/6 employees standing around self check out laughing and cutting up as a long line builds. Not one of them offered an apology or said anything to any of us waiting. They all ignored us. After 10 mintues of it i left my full buggy and walked out. Absolutley ridiculous. I wont be going to this location anymore. Its always some thing. Rude, lazy employees.

It wouldnt let me nag without giving them at least 1 star. Called up to the electronics just now, went straight to VM , called again, a boy picked up "Wal-Mart in smyrna" . then hung up. Called immediately after that, same thing, called after that multiple times , and he literally let it ring once or twice and picked up the phone just to hang it back up. Way to go 3rd shift. Lucky I dont go down there and get your name

Waited 15 mns at the lube section before anyone acknowledged me. I gave them my keys and they told me to wait 30 mns I gave them more than 40 mns and came back to find that they did not change the oil change because they do not have a special tool needed to open my oil tank. I told the guy he could have called me he said he is just a technician and I just walked away. Never going back again there for any service.

I have had a few issue there but you have issue everywhere. Being nice and respectful goes along way. Wal- Mart has all took care of any problem I had. Everyone has to remember the people working there dont own the place they are there to help as much as they can/allowed to. Thanks again for fast resolve to my problem on 5/30/2013 Solved 5/31/2013. Its a walmart... would any walmart deserve 5 stars? This location is better than most. Most employees are sweet and attentive and dont seem to be dumber than rocks. The store is typically clean. Even at night they try to keep the stocking carts out of the way... some locations leave them everywhere... 4 stars because some of your yellow smocks have a bit of niceness to locate and utilize....

With a change in my schedule I have been shopping in the early hours of the morning (3:30-4:00am). It is wonderful!! Because stocking happens at night, most things are stocked already, and there are NO crowds, and the help are readily available! My only issue is at checkout. The self checkout can be glitchy. But there is a checker there to help... I recommend early morning shopping!!

I went to walmart to return my embroidery machine after having electrical problems. After waiting in line for customer service the manager Ashley walked to the desk and was 100% RUDE and unprofessional she talk to me in a horrible way and she didnt return may machine she only offered me a exchange. DONT GO TO THE WALMART AT 570 ENON SPRINGS RD SMYRNA TN

Busy as usual. Customer service is awesome but it is hard to also find employees around store sometimes to help you. But overall not today experience I found everything I needed everything was in stock and they had great deals on a lot of things I would recommend my friends and family to go to that Walmart.

Went shopping at this location while visiting family. It was 10pm we Asked an associate a simple question, they were extremely rude, they acted as if we were bothering them. Then After asking the question they walked off when I was wanting to look at an item. Horrible customer service.

Love the online grocery so I can shop there without actually going inside the store. The online grocery has easy pickup on the side of the store and saves me the frustration of trying to navigate through their overcrowded aisles in the store as well as the long check out lines.

This Wal-Mart is just like any other...disguising and full of rednecks and hispanics! You’re not going to find good service or products shopping at places that have thousands of reported law suites daily and hires the lowest people on the totem pole. Get smart people!
