Do NOT EVER go to this store. GO TO THE CORPORATE STORE ON MICHIGAN ROAD (about 20 minutes away, but worth it.) I brought in a defective device and was told I had to file for the warranty on LGs website on my own. I called my phone insurance company for proof of purchase. Asurion said "that guy has no clue what hes talking about, Sprint does the warranty for you. They should give you a free phone." I go back the next day, I tell the dude what Asurion told me. Hes like "nope, thats not right at all. Plus your phone has liquid damage. Looks like there is chocolate in the charger port." ????? He said this because my phone was incorrectly diagnosed by another sprint store I had gone to. Im like "no, it doesnt have liquid damage and the litmus paper is still white. You literally have no physical evidence of liquid damage. Where do I get a second opinion." Hes like "i guess you can go to the corporate store on Michigan Road." Thank god he told me that. I went to the corporate store, they hooked me up with a new phone in under 30 minutes. Tl;dr: Representative literally lied to my face multiple times. I went to the corporate store on Michigan Road, they hooked me up with a free phone, saved me from having to make a $200 dollar insurance claim.

I am pissed off that at this Sprint for letting our phones sit at the store for 3 weeks. It wasnt until we called Sprint Corporate to get our tracking number and saw the phones were signed by a store employee over 3 weeks ago. We went to the store after we ordeded the phones and we were told we would get a tracking number. We never got it until we called Sprint Corporate. The few times we went into the store they have only had 2 people working and they are always slow. I have been to other Sprint stores in the area and they were much faster with more customers in the store. I even talked with a manager to ask why no one called and he didnt have an explanation. He said he thought everyone had been called by the store. Between the bad customer service and bad smells, I will not be returning to this store.

Wife bought a lifeproof case from this store for her new iphone. The salesman installed it and told her she was good to go. He didnt inform her to water test it before submerging it in water. The casewas improperly installed, leaked and ruined her brand new phone. The store manager only offered an apology and to refund the case leaving us with a $650 broken phone. The General Manager was suppose to call me by the end of the day to discuss this matter further. Its been almost two weeks and still havent heard from him (Andrew)... No wonder your store has such a bad rating on here.

This is the worst sprint store. Do not go for any reason. Save yourself the trouble and buy online. I called ahead to make sure they had a phone in stock, the guy says yes we have plenty. 20 minutes later Im in the store, I wait over an hour to be helped by the 1 person that was working and he says oh we havent had any of those in stock for a week. Thanks Grant Communications. Rediculous.

They completely steered me wrong on my last upgrade! Their inability to explain the options is only matched by their inability to explain the products. SO now Im in a contract for two years that will cost me around $30 more PER MONTH! Stay away. GO to the Sprint Corporate store at the Radio Shack by Scottys! This is a third party store, stay away!
