Took my iPhone in for a screen repair. Same price as other stores in the area so I went to the nearest to my house. Got the phone back and the charger wasnt working anymore, the home button didnt work and the new screen was coming off the phone. I took it to another repair center in town and they informed me that the parts in my phone werent even made for it. Something about a 3GS frame and button in my phone, which is a 3G. Went back to ask him about everything and he got in my face, told me that I broke the phone. He refused to give me a refund or even to fix what he broke the first time I was there so I had to go and buy a new phone. He actually gave me a business card and told me to take him to small claims court, what a classy business owner. Avoid this place if you have any other options, otherwise be prepared to be insulted and screwed out of your money.

One of the best in Middle Tennessee, I travel all the way from Nashville to get quality service for my cellphone and computer needs. I got my laptop and cellphone from him, no problems out of neither and have had them well over a year...he recommended a cellphone carrier that has saved me almost $600 a year and I was able to purchase my phone as well. The owner and his employees have been the most respectful and kind. I have family members who had their iPod, computer screen and iPhones fixed by him and his staff. The service is done in a timely manner.

This is my go-to place to get my phone fixed. The guy who owns this store is phenomenal. He is always friendly and eager to help with any problem, and Tony really knows his stuff. He is great at fixing anything electronic and has really good prices on just about everything. Currently selling fidget spinners, $5 chargers, and awesome VR systems as well as everything else electronic related. Fixes phones, tablets, computers, etc. Best in the Boro! !

This is the owner of CellTone Plus. The comment left by boro life is false. My customers know that I take very good care of them as long as they are truthful to me. This young lady dropped her phone in water and expected me to fix it for free. Sorry but I do not do free work for people trying to scam me. Do not use this store or app or anything this guy has to sell. Me and my husband purchased page plus prepaid from him he said use his app and no taxes ever since have had problems with the app and this last time I payed him and got no minutes and he is not doing anything to fix it. He is never there when I call or go by the store. Bad overall...all around bad business.

Great Customer service and excellent quality.... I bought an IPhone 6 plus last week and I broke the screen 3 days ago... The owner understood and have me a new screen for my phone... Incredible service and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know.

I broke my iPhone 5C and I took it to Tony to repair. Not only did he fix my phone he was also able to get pictures off any old phone that I could not get fix. This was a great experience and I will be back. I recommend cell tone plus over any other cellphone store.
